La Maisou Auvergnate - Maisou 2 is a very nice triplex apartment with a decorative spirit and great comfort! Located in Mont-Dore, ideal location very close to the winter sports resort and the thermal baths! The gîte is on the 1st floor on the street side (and on the ground floor on the rue des Écureuils side) of a village house including the 63G1504 gîte for two people on the ground floor. The two lodgings can communicate for a reservation in tribe! It consists of a spacious and very bright living room with a decorative spirit: a fully equipped open kitchen, a comfortable and spacious living room and a shower room-wc. On the second floor: two large bedrooms each including a 140 bed and a TV as well as a shower room-wc. Finally on the third and last floor, a large attic bedroom, revealing the beautiful wooden frame, with a 140 bed, a 90 bed and a TV. For your comfort, sheets are provided and heating is included. A very small terrace located in front of the gîte will allow you to drink a coffee in peace or to read a good book. An enclosed and private garden with garden furniture and barbecue, not adjoining located 70 meters away, will also be at your disposal. Free public parking 20 meters away. Free shuttle to the resort and the town center 1 km away. Many leisure activities nearby: Mont-Dore ski resort only 4.5 km away, outdoor sports (hiking, mountain biking, etc.), cross-country skiing, tree climbing and zip-lining at Capucin, snowshoes with departure at the foot of the gîte, le puy deSancy, the thermal baths of Mont-Dore, skating rink, bowling, town of La Bourboule, nautical base of Lake Chambon,… Shops and services at Mont Dore 3.2km.
