We are offering this charming vacation home for rent in Saline-les-Bains—perfect for a peaceful and comfortable stay for up to 5 people—located in the heart of a secure gated community with a pool called "Les Corallines."

Just a few minutes’ walk from the lagoon and close to all essential amenities: restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy, and much more. "L'Évasion Kréol" (The Creole Getaway) will charm you with its location and comfort.

You’ll enjoy a furnished terrace with outdoor seating and a dining table, offering a pleasant view of the communal pool.

This home, completely renovated by the Billikers agency, offers 3 comfortable bedrooms: 2 bedrooms equipped with queen-size beds (160x200), 1 bedroom with a single bed for children (90x190). A renovated bathroom, a spacious and bright living room, and a brand-new open kitchen fully equipped with everything you need: a Nespresso machine and a drip coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker, air fryer, oven, microwave, and refrigerator.

Cleaning is included in the rent, and hotel-quality linens are provided (sheets, towels, dish towels).

Please treat the property as if it were your own. Any damage or wear and tear may result in a deduction from your security deposit.

Cleaning and Waste Management
Thank you for following the sorting instructions and using the appropriate bins:
Household trash: regular trash bin
Recycling: recyclable containers (plastic, cardboard, etc.)
Glass: Dispose of glass exclusively in the designated glass bins.
It is prohibited to leave trash bags in common areas or outside the residence.

No Smoking
The apartment is completely smoke-free, including near the windows. Please smoke outside and dispose of cigarette butts in ashtrays—do not leave them on the ground.

Respect for the Neighborhood
Out of respect for the neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

Guests and Events
Parties and gatherings are prohibited, unless prior authorization has been granted for a specific event (wedding, baptism, etc.). The number of guests must not exceed the number specified in the reservation.

Safety and Energy Conservation
Please remember:
Turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electrical appliances when leaving the property.
Close the windows and lock the door before leaving.
On the day of your departure, please:
Leave the apartment clean and tidy.
Take out the trash.
Wash the dishes or run the dishwasher.
Return furniture and items to their original places.

We have implemented a personalized check-in process, supervised by a dedicated reception manager.

Prior contact: Your reception manager will contact you 3 days before your arrival to organize your visit and answer any questions you may have.
Check-in (arrival): Check-in time: between 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM (upon request, after 8:00 PM, a surcharge will apply). Upon arrival, you will be met at the accommodation for a personal key handover. A check-in inventory will be conducted with you to ensure transparency and peace of mind.
Check-out: Check-out time: before 10:00 a.m. On the day of your departure, a checkout inventory will also be conducted, along with the return of the keys.
Security deposit: 1,100 € via credit card authorization (Note: “empreinte de carte bancaire” literally translates as "credit card imprint," but "credit card authorization" is a more natural and accurate translation in this context).
