Beautiful, Cozy Loft in Devils Lake!

Your family and friends will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located loft. There are 3 boat landings within 2 miles, public fish cleaning within a half-mile and several things to do within 5 minutes or less. Come check out The Loft for your next adventure in Devils Lake, ND!

The Loft is a studio apartment above a large garage on our property. **There is a flight of stairs that must be climbed to get into the Loft! Although the property is shared (our house is also on the property), The Loft will be all yours! We have additional parking spaces next to the garage and driveway for you to park your boat or ATV's if coming on a fishing adventure.

The Loft is fully outfitted with amenities to make your stay more enjoyable. Some of these ammenities include: 500Mb internet, Youtube TV, Kitchen stocked with various ingredients, Shampoo/Conditioner, coffee/creamer, Misc. games, bonfire pit with wood, and a plug in for your block heaters outside!

If fishing is not your thing, there are several things to do within a couple minutes of The Loft. Golfing, sight seeing, swimming, local parks and various restaurants, just to name a few.

Another great stay here (stay #4)! Great location to lake accesses and fish clean cleaning locations. Easy check in/out. Clean, comfortable beds, plenty of couch space to relax and watch TV. Will stay again when our schedules allow.

The Loft was a perfect place to stay. The property was clean and the accommodations were excellent. The property manager was prompt and available for questions. If your looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay, this is it. Wifi and all electronics were simple to use and working. The fireplace kept the loft warm and comfortable. Im staying again next fall.

Great location!!! Was clean and better than what i was expecting!! We had 6 people and it was still vary comfortable for everyone!! Well stocked and needed nothing for the family fishing trip!! Trevor is a top notch host and checked to make sure we didn't need anything further and was vary helpful!!

Great Place in Quiet Neighborhood but Close to Everything

The property was exactly as advertised and the location off of a cul-de-sac was even nicer than expected. It is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, yet close to town. We were there to fish, and we used 3 different good boat ramps and fish cleaning stations within just a few miles of the place. I was able to park the boat and plug it in just a few feet from our entry door to the property.The hosts were VERY congenial. We could not have asked for anything better.

Perfect loft!

If there ever was a super host these guys are it! We had a group of 6 hunters and this place was perfect. It was clean and well equipped. Perfect location for our daily trips out to the waters and plains for hunting. Thanks for being awesome hosts!!

Perfect!

Beautiful! Trevor, and his wife were very friendly and the loft was exactly what we needed. We traveled up for a wedding. We have 3 littles under the age of 5, it was clean, and perfect size for our family. They welcomed us to their property and left toys outside for our girls to play with. Will definitely look them up again when we return.

Fishing on devils lake

Property is very clean, well stocked and absolutely a perfect place to stay during our yearly fishing trip. Trevor did a excellent job with communicating with us. Pictures do not show how big the loft actually is. Fit the 5 of us with plenty of room. Will come back again. Guys from Backus, MN

Cozy lake loft

This little loft was perfect for our group. Was very clean and had everything we needed besides a casserole dish. They had pots and baking sheets but I made us up a big chicken Parmesan meal and so I just bought a disposable foil Turkey toaster type pan and worked better less clean up anyway. Didn’t have too much interaction with the hosts as we were busy with different things planned to do but when we did they were both friendly. Trevor did message me and ask if we needed anything and said if we did they were right there and to just let them know. It was a good stay and they were very kind reasonable people. I would definitely recommend this loft rental.

Labor Day Fishin Trip

Rented this property for myself and one buddy to stay over Labor Weekend. Very nice, clean place with easy check in. Location is great with easy access to multiple public Devils Lake accesses and public fishing clean station (which is an awesome thing to have, plenty of space for multiple groups to clean and package their catch.) Owner is great with plenty of lake knowledge to help you get on fish.

One of the cleanest best stocked places we've atayed

This place is perfect! The beds are so comfortable and the kitchen is so well stocked! We are a family of 4, and everyone loved having their own bed, but you could absolutely sleep more. Clean, stock and comfortable - the perfect VRBO

Great place to stay for a fishing get away.

We really enjoyed staying here. This was our first VRBO experience and it went well. Check in and communication were super easy. The location is excellent if you are in Devil's Lake to fish, with several boat accesses, fish cleaning stations and a bait shop all very close to the property. There is a spot to park and plug in your boat. The property was very clean and beds and bedding super comfortable. The host also also very helpful as our first trip to the area he left some p to date fishing tips on a whiteboard. Highly recommended.

Thanks for checking out The Loft! My name is Trevor Varilek, myself and my wife Ashlie would like to welcome you to our space. A goal of ours was to eventually have a place to host guests, and that wish finally came true in December of 2021. After 6 months of sweat and even a little blood, we finished off The Loft on our own and started renting.
I have a fullt-time job in the agriculture industry and Ashlie is a nurse in town. In addition, I provide guided fishing on Devils Lake on the weekends. In The Loft, expect to see updated fishing reports or feel free to reach out as I would be happy to point you in the right direction.
