Welcome to this little corner of paradise, nestled on the lagoon in the Paea district! This charming vacation home will offer you an unforgettable stay, bathed in sunshine and serenity.



Enjoy your private and furnished 25m² terrace that stretches the full length of the house, for moments of relaxation with family or as a couple, with direct access to the beach.

The view of the lagoon, the beach and Moorea is magnificent!

You can organize your grilling evenings thanks to the barbecue, gather for your family meals or rest in the shade during a nap.



Inside, you will be seduced by the functional and cozy layout of this house. The fully equipped open kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals, which you can enjoy on the table and chairs provided inside, and on the terrace.

The living room, on the other hand, is modern, bright and well-designed with a sofa, armchair, nice decor and TV, it will be your cozy spot for TV evenings, reading and relaxing.



After a busy day, join one of the two bedrooms, each with a comfortable orthopedic mattress bed and a fan. The fifth occupant will sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, which will be specially prepared for them. Each bedroom has a shower room and a toilet. One of the 2 shower rooms and toilets is independent, to allow the 5th occupant to access it without disturbing the privacy of the occupants of the bedroom.



In the shed located in the garden, 1 kayak and 1 paddle are at your disposal to fully enjoy the beach and the crystal clear waters. You can create incredible memories and live unique moments with your family. Indulge in snorkeling, the lagoon is teeming with colorful tropical fish, coral potatoes... and above all, be sure to admire the magnificent sunsets that will be offered to you, a true natural spectacle and at the Cozy Corner they are simply superb with the island of Moorea in the distance.
