Booking Fast! Book Long weekends in Sept. available

Enjoy a beach vacation that is directly on the beach. We have two beach access areas for the property, a full size oceanfront swimming pool, a place to grill and free parking! Enjoy a vacation in a condo that has a wonderful repeat business.

The condo is located on the first floor(not ground floor) at Crescent Sands in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. The master bedroom is directly oceanfront with a king bed and access to the oceanfront balcony. The living area also has access to the oceanfront balcony. The condo has been updated with a new kitchen, new flooring, new twin beds and much more. This condo books very fast each year with many repeat renters. Book your week soon!

You will check in with our local rental company in North Myrtle Beach. They have been in the area for over 35 years and stay small so they can care for our property and our renters.

Pool opens Easter and Closes Oct 31.

This is our second home. No house parties, no smoking, and no pets. The primary renter must be the person who rented the condo.

The condo rents weekly (Saturday to Saturday) from the Saturday prior to Memorial Day weekend through the Saturday following Labor Day every year.

The rental agreement agreed to at booking must be signed and returned within 10 days. We require a valid address, driver's license, and credit card.

This year was just as amazing as last year! We plan to make this a yearly rental. The condo is very nice, and always maintained. Perfect location, and this part of the beach always has the best shells. Thank you!

Great Location

This condo was very spacious for my larger family, including teens. The kitchen had everything you woukd need as well. Very clean, comfortable beds, ample furniture. A huge plus was the 3rd bathroom. Plenty of towels available as well. Washer and dryer was a huge plus as well. Overall, great location with a spacious condo.

Wonder vacation!!

The stay was great nice well appointed condo. Very comfortable. My only complaint was the listing said a hot tub and we never found a hot tub. That and the queen bedroom cable box didn't work and we reported it but it was never fixed. The person staying in that room is a nervous person who falls asleep with the tv so it hindered their sleeping but other than that a perfect trip!!

First time in SC in 20 yrs

Perfect location in the building and to the beach and pool. Liked that it was a 1st floor unit so it was no issue using the stairs instead of waiting on elevators. Never a long wait on the elevators though. Loved the balcony view. Plenty of room for our family. Loved having a bathroom for each room for more added privacy. There are outdoor bathrooms that can only be used by guests and some parking under the building if you wanted to keep your car cool. It was not an issue but I didn’t particularly like that the building stairwells are locked and needed a key to get inside. Numerous guest were stuck in the hot sun running down to their cars for stuff but forgetting a key and not having a phone. It happened to me once and at least 3 others that I witnessed. You have to stand in the parking lot hoping someone from your party notices you never came back and throws you down a key. It also makes it hard when you are loaded up for the beach to also get keys out and have 2 free hands to open the doors (which are pretty solid). The benefit to this is added protection and security for those staying in the building. But honestly the area is so nice and chill, especially at night that I’m not sure this is necessary. My kids who are 22 and 13 walked twice to the pancake house right down the street for food (they serve lunch too) and we as a family walked to the Mexican restaurant for dinner. We also walked just a few blocks down and checked out some of the beach shops. Perfect trip!
