This stunning 3-bedroom 3-bath Oceanfront condo is located on the world-famous Grand Strand in North Myrtle Beach at North Shore Villas. Enjoy great ocean views from the comforts of this 10th floor condo. This spacious 3-bedroom 3-bath condo offers all flat screen TVs with FREE Wi-Fi. NEW Floors 2024! The kitchen provides a full supply of cookware and dinnerware for those evenings when dinner "in" is a relaxing retreat from a hot beach day! Your bed and bath linens are included, with beds freshly made upon arrival, and your departure cleaning.

FEATURES: New patio furniture, 4 flat screen TV's (Living Room and each guest room) and ceiling fans in all rooms.

HIGHLIGHTS: Two master suites with NEW King mattresses (Oct. 2023), and private bathrooms; and the third guest bedroom has 2 Queen beds - great for two families with kids! Updated family room seating w/ sofa and loveseat in October 2023. From this 10th floor gem, you will be amazed w/ spectacular views of the sandy beaches and ocean meets sky horizon. Entry to the ocean front balcony from both the living room and master bedroom. Outdoor grilling area by the pool deck so you can prepare a feast for dinner on the beach -- pick up fresh local seafood available for grilling!

AMENITIES AND BEACH ACCESS: There is an outdoor pool, lazy river, hot tub, kiddie pool, and a direct walkway access to the ocean. Endless watersport activities like parasailing, banana boat rides, and jet skis rentals are all available right on the beach! There are plenty of lounge chairs around the pool deck to catch some rays.

OUT AND ABOUT: North Shore Villas is located in the heart of North Myrtle Beach in the famous OCEAN DRIVE section. You will find just a few blocks north, on Main Street, the local arcades, endless food choices and some great dance clubs for all the Shaggers out there. Main Street offers live music, shopping, sidewalk dining for great people watching and entertainment. Flynn's Irish Pub is also a favorite, while Hoskin's Diner is a local tradition offering home-cooked meals, breakfast, lunch & dinner. North Myrtle Beach offers something for everyone! We had a fabulous time in this property. It was the perfect space for our family with two little ones. We had coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean each morning and enjoyed the beach and pool area. There were beach chairs, toys, towels, noodles....everything you would need for a good time. Thank you for making our family vacation one to remember.

Check in was a breeze. Communication was always quick. Kitchen was standard, great fridge (big and quickly makes ice). Provisions are standard, planned to cook several meals there and usually bring some of the stuff I knew I needed. Great pantry for the items we brought.

It was overall nice, clean, good location, and parking was great. The only issue is you can't set the a/c below 72 degrees. It was in the low 80s outside and was uncomfortably warm. In the middle of summer I imagine it would be quite miserable. Also we had to go buy trash bags, toilet paper, and a couple other items. There was some there but not enough extras.

Thank you for your review, we will look into adding more of the extra amenities for our guests - we try our best to accommodate each stay - we are always welcome to requests. This being a vacation rental home and not a hotel makes it more of a home away from home. The temperature for the AC is a precaution since experience proved doors being left open and departure on AC being lower than 72 can cause damage to the unit. We ask all guests to reach out anytime should any issues arise during their stay; we are here to assist in anyway. If we don't know we can't help.

Lovely Stay at the Beach

The condo was very clean and spacious. I love that the bedrooms had comfy beds and a walk in shower in the master. My elderly parents appreciated that. Also the deck is very large with tables and comfortable seating. I used the hot tub, lazy river and pool each day. Im very fare and burn easily, but never had to use sunscreen. In the mornings there's ample shade from the palm trees and the building shades half the pool and lazy river. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you need for cooking in. Theres also a public access path to the beach on the side of the building with no steps. Makes it easier for a disabled person. It is a lovely condo that I highly recommend.

One month stay

We loved our stay. And although the condo was perfect, there were several things that were of concern. When. We arrived: all of the drinking glasses had been put away still dirty, i felt that the condo was not clean, all of the rugs were nasty not to mention a hazard. My brother in law had to repair the living room table ( it was failing apart),3 bathroom sinks (would not drain). And a variety of other smaller things. The smoke alarms kept going off for no apparent reason and although Carassa came 2 or 3 times we were unable to get it fixed. Caressa was very nice and responded to our requests every time. Although the condo was exactly what I wanted it was very dated and I feel needed an overall update as well as general repairs. Jbl

The other issues mentioned would have definitely been addressed had we known. This is only the second time in 30 years of visiting North Myrtle that we walked into a condo that was spotless. The unit is as described. The building and pool areas were very clean and building security is very tight. Correspondence with Carisa was excellent. We would love to stay here again!
