2017年夏に完成したばかりの大規模な改修プロジェクトの新しい写真をご覧ください！私たちのコンドミニアムはビーチにあり、大きなバルコニーからは南北の遮るもののない眺めが楽しめます。 3つの非常に大きなベッドルームがあり、マスターベッドルームにはバルコニーへの引き戸があります。 2番目のベッドルームにはクイーンサイズのベッドがあり、バスルームもあります。 3番目のベッドルームには、廊下にバスルーム付きのツインベッドが2つあります。リビングルームには、バルコニーへのスライドドアが2セットあります。また、ユニットには完全にストックされたキッチン、洗濯機、乾燥機があり、まったく新しい機器が備わっています。リビングルームとすべてのベッドルームには、ケーブルテレビとフラットスクリーンテレビが備わっています。

専用ロビーには、洗濯機/乾燥機エリア、ドリンクとスナックのマシン、2台のエレベーターもあります。ビーチの隣には、プールとピクニックテーブルのある2つのグリルエリアがあります。海面にバスルームがありますので、子供を上に連れて行く必要はありません！これは静かでリラックスできる素晴らしい場所です。

Perfect vacation condo

Very nice condo. Nicely decorated, clean, well equipped and plenty of space. Easy beach access and a great ocean view. The pool and the building itself also very well maintained. Perfect location for 4th of July fireworks!

Perfect vacation spot

We found your rental unit to be just as advertised. The updated decor is very appealing. The location was excellent. The exterior grounds were kept extremely clean, the grounds keeper was always busy keeping the area immaculate. We would stay here again in a heart beat. Thank you for letting us rent your beautiful unit.

Fun with great friends and family

Great. What time we weren’t at ocean we were usually around dining table eating, playing cards or board games, or doing a craft. The only wish I have is a comfortable padded and straight back dinnning chair the table was great.

Great vacation area

Had a great time , this place was very clean had a great view of the ocean and plenty of room for the 7 of us. Great beach area plenty of beach access and was close to restaurants and activities for us.

Great Condo in fabulous location

Clean, modern, just perfect! Beds were very comfortable and view of the ocean was perfect. Loved that the terrace has 2 areas so you can choose if you want sun or shade. Very nice pool.

The condo was very nice and clean. The balcony was big and that was a plus. The beds and pillows were very comfortable which also was a plus. Perfect condo for our family. If we ever stay in NMB again I would stay again. Thank you!

Exceptional stay on the beach

This condo met and in some cases exceeded our expectations based on the gallery of photos. It’s location was excellent. A great deal of thought went into the very well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. I would recommend this condo to friends and family.

Comfortable, updated and spacious, great view.

This is a great unit at this property. We have stayed in other units at this same property and this unit was MUCH better. Updated furnishings, nice decor, well stocked kitchen, bed linens were newer and the dining table comfortably fit 6 adults easily. The property grounds, pool and indoor common areas are also very well maintained. Entertainment is very close by and the beach is clean.

Great week!

We have been staying at the Crescent Sands for over 20 years. This property ranks at the top as far as cleanliness and decor. Well stocked kitchen for those that like to cook,(we eat out a lot). Seems to be maintained with no issues with appliances. We would definitely consider renting again.

A Piece of Paradise

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful penthouse oceanfront condo. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time at the beach, dining at various restaurants and simply enjoying the magnificent views from the roomy terrace. We would definitely recommend staying here without hesitation… Our only regret is that we couldn’t have enjoyed this awesome piece of paradise for justa little bit longer…..

Just Book it!

Getting into the Condo was a breeze. Keys were easily located to enter the building, access to the condo itself with passcode was simple. The Condo is beautifully renovated as described. A Big, gorgeous view of the ocean when you walk in cannot be understated! Everything we needed to enjoy dinner/nights in was provided and easy to locate. Comfortable seating and recliner chair for the hubby was spot on. The Beds were also comfortable and that shower/shower pressure is amazing :) The icing on the cake for us was front row seating to some awesome fireworks on our balcony. We had a wonderful 4th of July!! Our 4th year staying in North Myrtle and one of the better condos we’ve stayed at thus far!

Loved this condo! We had everything we needed. Convenient to everything. Only area that needed attention was master bath floors and baseboards. Sorry but I’m a retired cleaner and I probably am a little more picky than most. Overall we loved it and would love to come back! Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Room was 5 stars. We did have an issue in the master bath, however, it was immediately rectified by the owner. Her response to our question's were very quick as well. Grounds were 4 stars. Reason being were the small pool area and elevators during weekend check in. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

We looked at many condos on the beach, but love this unit because you have an unobstructed view of the beach both to the north and to the south. Other reasons are: large bedrooms, large balcony, pool, and love the two grill areas, which have the grills and picnic tables.
