The Cocoonr agency offers this flat for rent in Chamrousse, with breathtaking views of the Vercors mountain range and the ski resort within walking distance. It has a surface area of 44 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Located on the 5th floor (with lift), it consists of a lovely 20 m² living room, an open-plan equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom (with shower). Wifi (fiber optic) included, we are waiting for you!
The flat is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with sofa, TV, and dining area opening onto the open-plan kitchen, which is equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, and more.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with two bunk beds (sleeps 4)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, dryer, iron.
Outside:
- A long west-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy the view.
The flat is ideally located in Chamrousse, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, ski and mountain bike rentals, and more.
The slopes are directly accessible from the ski room, through a door leading to a path that connects to the slope just 50 m away.
Activities:
- Downhill skiing
- Hiking
- Snowshoeing
- Mountain biking... and much more.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the car park located 200 m away on foot or in the paid car park (only during winter) at the foot of the building.
For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- A shuttle bus from Grenoble train station drops you off 250 m from the building. There is also a free shuttle bus that serves the various locations in the resort during winter.
- Nearest train station: Grenoble train station 30 km away (about 45 min)
- Nearest airport: Grenoble Airport, 80 km away (approx. 1 hour 20 minutes)
Other comments:
- Free Wi-Fi available (fiber optic)
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Sound insulation is not optimal; some noise from neighbors may be heard.
- A ski locker is available
- There is no mechanical ventilation system; ventilation is natural, via ducts in damp rooms or by opening windows.
- The bunk bed closest to the window does not have shutters or curtains that completely block out light, and morning light may be a nuisance.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner). The rates given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. We kindly ask you to leave it in a reasonable state of cleanliness and to clean the appliances after use.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
