Outdoor enthusiasts look no further! With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and plenty of space to roam, Moose Hill Cabin offers a mountain escape with comfort, convenience, and style. Sitting on a 6 acre property just under a 10 minute drive from downtown Fairplay, the A-Frame style architecture encapsulates the updated finishes of this home, nestled at the top of a hill. Hiking trails, cute coffee shops, entertainment, and parks, and gold medal fishing water are at your fingertips.
When you walk into Moose Hill Cabin, hang your coat in the entryway and make yourself right at home. Colorado’s world-famous sunshine floods the entire space, with plenty of artificial light to take over the job once the sun goes down. Durable hardwood flooring and warm furnishings accentuate the bright, cheery, open floor-plan. You’ll be tempted to sink into the two plush sofas and stay for a while. When it’s time for bed, one of the sofas folds out into an additional queen bed. The attached dining room glows with sunlight from its own oversized windows and has spacious seating for 8.
The lofted master bedroom streams with natural light—giant windows let the sunshine in. The bedroom offers a king bed with enticing pillows. This bedroom is a traditional loft and does not have a door or complete privacy. It has open walls to the downstairs and its own full bathroom.
The second oversized bedroom features a queen-sized bed with matching nightstand. The third bedroom (downstairs) sports a super-comfy queen. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and plenty of light.
The downstairs bath is its own private escape. Soak all of your cares away and relax in the tub, or stand in the shower to steam, sparkle, and shine. The tongue and groove, vaulted wood ceilings add a feeling of warmth and space.
Just off the family room is the fully equipped kitchen. Abundant countertop space, stainless steel appliances, and tons of light make this a marvelous space to create a culinary masterpiece.
The laundry room is convenient and functional. Nestled downstairs near the bunk room and living area.
The 10 person outdoor swim spa with bar can hold you and all of your family or friends! Enjoy a night of star gazing in the privacy of your own private hot tub, or a day of soaking in the sun!
The property sits on over 6 acres of heavily wooded land, along with a pond. The pond is dry during the winter but has a little bit of water in the spring run off. Wildlife is attracted to the water in the spring time so don't be surprised if you see deer, elk, or even a moose!

Moose Hill Cabin is located just 10 minutes from the quaint town of Fairplay, Colorado. Nestled in pine and aspen trees, our home is your new happy place. There is parking for 4 vehicles between the 2 driveways and you will have access to our 3 car garage.

MUST have 4wd or AWD vehicle in winter months.
No outdoor fires due to county regulations.
