The entrance leads to a spacious living area with a comfortable sofa (converts to a high-quality bed for 2), TV, and dining table for 6 – ideal for family meals or evenings in. The fully equipped open kitchen has everything for home cooking: oven, hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, utensils, and dishes.

Two cozy bedrooms offer peace and comfort, with hotel-quality linens: Bedroom 1 has a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), Bedroom 2 a double (140x200 cm). Ample storage (wardrobes and closet) lets you unpack easily. The bathroom features a relaxing bathtub, double vasque (sink), and mirror, with a separate toilet for convenience. A washing/drying machine is included for longer stays.

The real highlight? Step directly from the living room to your private outdoor oasis: two gardens totalling 106 m², plus a large terrace with table, chairs, and parasol for al fresco dining. This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access.

Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit.

For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
