Right in the heart of the village of Milly-la-Forêt and its hidden gems, and just a stone’s throw from the forest and the iconic climbing spots of the Fontainebleau massif. La Terrasse de Mimi-Z is a charming, fully renovated studio for two that offers not only proximity to local shops but also a lovely terrace and tasteful decor—ensuring your stay is a truly unique getaway! Nestled in the heart of the French Gâtinais Regional Nature Park, La Terrasse de Mimi-Z is a little gem that has been completely renovated to blend authenticity with modernity. The apartment is located 90 meters from the historic market hall and its many food shops. Upon arriving in the village of Milly, you’ll find plenty of parking spots throughout town. The studio is on the first floor of a building in Milly’s historic center. Its standout feature is, of course, its terrace—lush with greenery all year round :)—which offers a peaceful setting away from traffic, as well as its private and direct access to downtown. As you step inside, you’ll be charmed by its tasteful decor. The well-designed layout offers a very pleasant living space that opens onto the terrace, combining a living area, a fully equipped kitchen featuring a refrigerator, a 2-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, a combination oven, a dishwasher, and essential small appliances such as a drip coffee maker, toaster, kettle… not to mention, of course, the dishes and kitchen utensils to turn your meals into delightful culinary experiences at the bar or on the terrace. The dining area features two bar stools around a bar. Setting up the sleeping area is a breeze: a sofa with a pull-out bed transforms in an instant into a 140 double bed. The bed turns back into a sofa in just a few seconds, restoring the living room to its original layout. The apartment is equipped with a flat-screen TV. The terrace offers two lounge chairs for gentle mornings or well-deserved evenings… along with a table and two chairs for your meals. A bright, fully renovated shower room features a single sink and a wall-mounted toilet. Special care has been taken to ensure the quality of the bedding and linens, which meet hotel standards for absolute comfort. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi. You’ll have access to all the amenities provided in the apartment. Access to the studio is via a shared staircase that leads to the studio and an office. Upon your arrival, you’ll receive a warm welcome from La Conciergerie de Nadège :) Nadège and her team have taken care to prepare your accommodation “hotel-style” and in accordance with sustainable practices. They’ll be available throughout your stay should you need anything and can recommend great local spots. Contact information for La Conciergerie de Nadège will be available in your accommodation. You can use Airbnb messaging, text messages, and the phone in case of an emergency. La Conciergerie de Nadège is located at 21 Avenue de Ganay in Milly-la-Forêt’s historic downtown area. To confirm your reservation, please review the rules and check-in/check-out instructions. You’ll be staying in Mélanie and Jean-Charles’ apartment. Mimi-Z promotes sustainable practices :) and makes our guests feel right at home! We need a few details to ensure everything goes smoothly... Thank you in advance for your understanding: Check-in and key pickup will take place at the Conciergerie de Nadège in Milly-la-Forêt between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM, or on your own after that time. Please let us know your arrival time as soon as possible and notify us if you’re running late on the day of arrival. This helps us welcome you in the best possible way. Before your arrival, we’ll send you your welcome booklet, which is full of useful information about your accommodation and great local spots :) The inventory of the accommodations are included in the welcome booklet. You’ll have 24 hours to report any missing items or problems. You can request housekeeping services and a change of bed linens and towels during your stay.
