Our home is beautifully decorated with modern, contemporary style furniture. Fully equipped with all amenities that are needed for short and long term stays.

Our guest will have the opportunity to stay in the entire house (not shared!) which includes:

Our home is equipped for short and long term stay with all basic amenities that are needed for cooking, laundry, and sleeping.
Centrally located, enjoy major theme parks, good eats, beautiful beaches, world class shopping, and all of what Newark has to offer!

House Rules
•No Shoes inside the property.
•No Smoking of ANY KIND
•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays
•Check-in time is 5pm - 2am (fees apply after 10pm)
•No Extra/ Overnight Guests (Have more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number doesn't match we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
•No Mail Delivered here (unless personally arranged ahead of time)
•No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture (unless otherwise specified)
•No unplugging of the electronics like Tvs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks etc No Pre-Check in Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee)
•No Pets No Disrespecting/ disturbing neighbors
•No parking anywhere other than assigned spaces we show you
•No loud noise or music past 10 pm
•10am is Check out time.
***We reserve the right to keep your security deposit if these rules are broken***
Guest access
We provide our guests with contactless self checkin with access to the entire house. Street parking will be available.

Please be mindful and respectful to our neighbors as this is a residential area. Please note strict house rules.

No shoes, smoking, or pets inside the house!
As much as we love our fury friends ):
If you would like to add pets please inquire as there will be extra charges. Exceptions can be made with permission.
