The Tipsy Mermaid features signature floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall glass sliders in both the living area and the King Master Suite. Wake up to the rhythmic sound of the waves and watch the sunset without ever leaving your bed.

Transparency is our priority. Long Beach Resort is currently undergoing a major exterior re-stuccoing and painting project to ensure it remains a premier destination for years to come.

Because there may be work crews or noise during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM) in other areas of the resort, we have significantly reduced our nightly rates. Condo was just as nice in person as the pictures that were shown.Roger was very good at communicating with us through out our stay and responded very quickly to any of our questions.We have stayed at the Long Beach many times and this is one of the nicest condos we have booked.

Great Getaway!

This condo was beautiful and very clean! The decor was stunning and made us feel right at home! Equipped with everything we needed and the Alexa made for a nice touch. Loved all the windows and open views of the beach! We will definitely plan to stay here again in the future. Great and quick communication from the owners was a huge selling point. From start to finish, excellent 5 stars all around!

An absolute gem of a find

My husband found The Tipsy Mermaid condo and we instantly booked as we were looking for a “on the beach” spot. This place was clean, modern, and on the first floor ON THE WATER. The booking was easy, the communication was very prompt with the owners and they checked in to make sure are needs were met. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend the week as everything was perfect! They also have two more rentals. We will definitely be holding on to there information and will absolutely book with them again. Thanks for making our stay unforgettable. -W & L

EXCELLENT

You can't beat this 1 bedroom condo. Communication and flexibility with the owner was excellent they checked on us after the area had severe weather and just exceeded our expectations. The location is easy access to everything you need. We walked to Pineapple Willy's every day. If you are wondering about the property. The two smaller pools are heated but the large lagoon pool is not which would probably be fine for most in the summer. We brought our own beach chairs but the unit does have 2. We didn't see an umbrella but that was fine for us. Just be aware that if you want beach service it is about $250 for the week. We had a great time and would definitely rent again.

We fell in love with Long Beach Resort because of its rare combination of 1,300 feet of private beach and the incredible convenience of its layout. Being on the first floor was a non-negotiable for us; we wanted our guests to be able to skip the elevators and be on the sand in seconds. We spent months meticulously renovating and decorating the unit to ensure every detail meets a 5-star standard.
