We absolutely loved our stay here! The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed plus some for our stay! The bed was incredibly comfortable and the views from both the living room and bedroom were amazing! The balcony was our favorite place! Beach chairs and an umbrella were a thoughtful touch that we enjoyed very much! The hosts were very friendly, very responsive and went above and beyond! Highly recommend this place!!

Place looks exactly like the pictures. The bedroom could use some room darkening curtains. The condo could use a good floor cleaning throughout. Also the entry door and outside patio needs a cleaning. Easy access to the condo.

Thank you for your feedback and for letting us know that the condo looked exactly like the pictures and offered easy access! Our resort just underwent an extensive, full property renovation, which has brought some amazing updates to the complex but unfortunately left behind some stubborn construction dust in the common entryways and patios. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we have already worked with our cleaning team to do an extra deep clean of the floors and outdoor spaces to clear out the last of the renovation debris.

Great Getaway!

This condo was beautiful and very clean! The decor was stunning and made us feel right at home! Equipped with everything we needed and the Alexa made for a nice touch. Loved all the windows and open views of the beach! We will definitely plan to stay here again in the future. Great and quick communication from the owners was a huge selling point. From start to finish, excellent 5 stars all around!

An absolute gem of a find

My husband found The Tipsy Mermaid condo and we instantly booked as we were looking for a “on the beach” spot. This place was clean, modern, and on the first floor ON THE WATER. The booking was easy, the communication was very prompt with the owners and they checked in to make sure are needs were met. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend the week as everything was perfect! They also have two more rentals. We will definitely be holding on to there information and will absolutely book with them again. Thanks for making our stay unforgettable. -W & L

EXCELLENT

You can't beat this 1 bedroom condo. Communication and flexibility with the owner was excellent they checked on us after the area had severe weather and just exceeded our expectations. The location is easy access to everything you need. We walked to Pineapple Willy's every day. If you are wondering about the property. The two smaller pools are heated but the large lagoon pool is not which would probably be fine for most in the summer. We brought our own beach chairs but the unit does have 2. We didn't see an umbrella but that was fine for us. Just be aware that if you want beach service it is about $250 for the week. We had a great time and would definitely rent again.

We are Roger and Stephanie Garner, a husband-and-wife team with over 30 years of combined experience in the hospitality, sales, and marketing industries. Our journey in hosting didn't start with a rental property—it started with a genuine love for making people feel at home, whether they are visiting us in our home or joining us for a sunset on the Gulf Coast.

The Starry Stays Philosophy
As a Brand Curator and a Real Estate professional, we don’t believe in "cookie-cutter" rentals. We believe in curated experiences. When we founded Starry Stays, we set out to create vacation homes that we would actually want to stay in—places that balance high-end luxury with the "no-stress" comforts of home.

Why We Love The Tipsy Mermaid
We fell in love with Long Beach Resort because of its rare combination of 1,300 feet of private beach and the incredible convenience of its layout. Being on the first floor was a non-negotiable for us; we wanted our guests to be able to skip the elevators and be on the sand in seconds. We spent months meticulously renovating and decorating the unit to ensure every detail meets a 5-star standard.
