In the winter of 2023–2024, we undertook renovations to create a large picture window overlooking the garden, install hardwood floors, add a fireplace, and build a second bathroom.

On the ground floor, the large living area with its open kitchen provides direct access to the 30-square-meter furnished terrace (featuring a Mexican-style fireplace, large table, BBQ, and lounge chairs) and a lovely sea view.

On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate restroom.

Outside, you’ll find a large table with chairs, lounge chairs, coffee tables, a barbecue, and a Mexican fireplace to keep you warm if needed.

The house is located in a quiet setting. It is within walking distance of Berneval-le-Grand Beach, a favorite spot for surfers and windsurfers, which features a sandy beach at low tide. It’s also perfect for shrimp fishing. Several activities are available in the area: a water park, ice rink, Cité de la Mer, racetrack, golf course, and the Dieppe market—voted the most beautiful market in Normandy!

The amenities of the village of Saint Martin en Campagne (market, bakery, grocery store, butcher shop, pharmacy, etc.) are a 3-minute drive away. The house is the perfect starting point for beautiful scenic walks along the Falaises du Talou, excursions through the forest and the Normandy countryside, and is just 12 km from Dieppe.
