* Main first floor includes two bedrooms, full bath, and full laundry room (incl iron, steamer, board). Plus attached 2-car garage, and plenty of FREE additional open parking in front and back next to garage.
* Second floor embraces main living room, stocked gourmet kitchen, dining room, and luxurious Master suite, with deep soak tub & separate shower, plus oversized walk-in closet, with built-in jewelry storage.
* Third floor features media/game room, with 75" TV, arcade game, two queen sleeper sofas and third full private bath, and kitchenette + large outdoor balcony, with lounging and eating areas.
* From this 3rd level, you can access the double-sized, fully furnished covered patio, ready for morning breakfast at the bistro table or relax in the lounge area.

Within walking distance to Legacy East and West shopping centers, the heart of dining, shopping and live music entertainment in North Dallas. Wonderful Stay in Plano Legacy!We absolutely loved our stay at this condo in Plano’s Legacy area! The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, shops, and everything we needed. The condo itself was spotless, modern, and incredibly spacious.The bedrooms were beautifully decorated, and the beds were amazing—so comfortable that everyone slept great each night. It truly felt like a home away from home.We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Plano!

Great place!!!

This place was incredibly clean, spacious, modern, and comfortable. My family was in the area for the weekend, and we had a very enjoyable stay. The owners were great to work with and responded to messages quickly. I would highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful location! Easy access in every direction. Well maintained property, with three separate floors to allow separation for kids, adults and grandparents. Very quiet neighborhood right in the midst of Legacy/Frisco. Very clean, well provisioned very good appliances.

Great place to stay. Great location

Large townhouse was perfect for our entire family and very convenient location to many great restaurants and locations. Having a garage to put our rent a car was nice since there was hail in the forecast.
