Welcome to Saint-Clément-des-Baleines, in this charming family home of 160 m², ideally located a few steps from the Conche beach and the famous Whale Lighthouse. Spacious, comfortable and fully equipped, it accommodates up to 8 people for an unforgettable stay on the Island of Ré, between ocean, nature and relaxation.
Outside, enjoy a large fully enclosed garden and a 50 m² terrace inviting you to relax and dine al fresco. Children can play safely while adults enjoy an aperitif in the sunshine.
As soon as you enter, the beautiful living area bathed in light invites you to conviviality. On the left, a warm living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs, its television and a beautiful fireplace ideal for warming you by the fire during the cooler winter evenings (wood is provided in the rental). On the right, a bright dining room faces the large bay windows overlooking the terrace and the vast wooded garden. On the right side of the living area, the semi-open, modern and functional kitchen is equipped with everything necessary: induction hobs, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
At night, the house has two bedrooms on the ground floor: one bedroom with a Queen-Size bed (160x200) and a bedroom with two single beds (80x190) that can be combined into a Queen Size bed (160x190). At this level, you will also find a bathroom with a shower and WC, as well as a separate WC.
Upstairs, two additional bedrooms, each equipped with two single beds (80x190) that can be combined into a Queen Size bed (160x190), complete the sleeping area. A bathroom with a bathtub and WC, as well as a separate WC, are also at your disposal for added comfort. At this level, a reading corner has been set up on the landing to allow you to enjoy a moment of calm. A door will allow you to access a second terrace outside, where a small garden furniture awaits you to enjoy the panoramic view of the garden.
For greater convenience, the house also has a washing machine, an iron and a garage in the same building with two parking spaces.
