This spectacular newly renovated three-story home offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and location. Ideally situated on the boardwalk and just a one-minute walk to the private beach and town center, this one-of-a-kind retreat is designed for memorable gatherings with family and friends while comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests. The expansive open-concept main living area seamlessly combines the living, dining, and kitchen spaces, creating a bright and welcoming environment for entertaining. The newly redesigned chef’s kitchen features premium appliances including a Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, six-burner Wolf gas range and oven, Cove dishwasher, Taj Mahal quartzite countertops, and custom white oak cabinetry. An abundance of windows fills the space with natural light. The dining table seats ten guests, with additional seating for five at the kitchen island.

The inviting living room features newly selected designer furnishings with comfortable seating for everyone to gather, relax, and enjoy time together.

The first floor includes a queen bedroom with a beautifully redesigned bath featuring a tub/shower combination and quartz vanity. A stylish powder room showcases floor-to-ceiling textured tile, a floating granite vanity, and a wall-mounted brass faucet.

Three of the four bedrooms are located on the second floor and feature king beds with newly renovated private baths, quartz vanities, and dual shower systems. One bedroom also offers a private balcony with seating for two and lovely ocean views.

The third floor provides an exceptional space for families and larger groups. This level features a spacious lounge area, kitchenette, table seating, and a large-screen TV. The highlight is the expansive outdoor balcony offering beautiful ocean views. A separate bunk area includes four beds (two full and two twin) along with a full bath with walk-in shower, creating a comfortable fifth sleeping space.

Additional amenities include a rare four-car private parking area.

With its prime location, stunning renovation, and thoughtfully designed spaces, this home offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable 30A getaway.

Great location. Can walk everywhere but enjoyed biking around as well. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 4 kids. Kids really enjoyed the bunk beds upstairs. Kitchen well stocked. Would highly recommend.

Our favorite house in all of our trips to Rosemary Beach! Great location, and a beautiful property that is perfectly maintained and the layout is ideal for a family. The kitchen is so well stocked and equipped, that it makes cooking a breeze. Simply can’t say enough about this place!! Also, feel the host is the best in the area!!

This home was perfect! Two grandparents, two parents and two children with room for more! Location was ideal. East walk to town, pools and beach. Especially loved the rooftop terrace for sunset happy hours with a view of the ocean. Would absolutely stay here again!

Favorite stay on 30A!

My family and I had the absolute best stay at this home. We’ve stayed in homes all along 30A over the years and this was by far our favorite. The proximity to the beach, pool and all that Rosemary Beach has to offer made our stay so enjoyable- great for families with little ones or elders. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed, was spacious and very comfortable. We absolutely plan to come back to this Rosemary Beach gem time and time again!

A wonderful family retreat!

The home is perfect for a large family. Baths and half baths throughout the home along with a great bedroom layout. Property manager was incredibly responsive and the home was the cleanest rental we’ve ever rented. Perfect location to the beach and town. Kitchen was stocked with every needed utensil, pots, baking dishes.

Excellent Property & Location

We rented this home in Rosemary Beach for the week to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. Lots of room for to spread out, a very short walk to the beach and a bedroom/bathroom on the first floor were some things we were looking for and this place was perfect. It was only a 5 minute walk to the center of town with shops and restaurants. The home is gorgeous and the amenities were great. Highly recommend!

Wedding Weekend

This was a great house for our family get together. There were 9 adults, the layout of the home was great, the location was perfect, and just as described. Cheryl was so accommodating when I asked if we might be able to check in a little early since several of us were working remotely, and we were flying in from all over. I would highly recommend this house and company.

Another Delightful Stay

We rented through VRBO/Cheryl Moodie last year and had an excellent experience, this year was just the same! The location of this property is ideal! Right around the corner from Barrett Square and steps from the beach. The set up was perfect for our family and another family we traveled with! So many bed/room set ups to choose from & everyone just had the best time. The house was stocked with everything you could need. Cheryl was easy to communicate with, we will definitely be back again next year! Thanks again for all the memories made this trip!

Perfect House

We just got home from spending 2 weeks at this home in Rosemary, and we were thrilled. The home was beautiful, well appointed, and perfectly clean. Property manager was lovely to deal with. We had no issues during our stay, but she still took time to check in, and remind us to visit the farmers market. Location of the home was second to none, 4 houses from the beach (huge bonus with a 6 month old), and a 2-3 minute walk to Main Street. We have stayed at quite a few houses in Rosemary, we usually switch houses year to year…but this is the one we will come back to next year, and for as long as the owners allow us.
