Swedish House for 6 people, 3 bedrooms, living room with stove for warmth and romance, kitchen with electric stove (4 plates), oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes and everything necessary for cooking, bathroom with shower, terrace with table, chairs and barbecue , Satellite television with extensive programs, W-Lan.

The small holiday village with its colorful wooden houses is like from a book by Astrid Lindgren.

The holiday village is car-free (car park at the front desk), children's playground and large sports field, table tennis, beach volleyball court, fireplace available, lakefront there is a child-friendly bathing place with sandy beach, water slide and bridge.
Special features

The Village is located on a hill above the village Userin, directly by the woods and directly at the Müritz National Park.

The Useriner See offers several beautiful beaches and must not be driven with motorboats.

Perfect holiday home for a stay with children. The playground is right behind the house, so even little ones can easily go play on their own. The beach is just a 10-minute walk away, and no cars are allowed to drive between the houses. All windows have mosquito screens, so you can sleep peacefully at night without buzzing. Lots of thoughtful little details make the holiday much more relaxing.

Für Familien mit Kindern war die Unterkunft ideal. Das ist, wie beschrieben, eine kleine Ferienhaussiedlung mit ein paar Häusern im ähnlichen Stil. Hinter dem Haus war ein schöner Spielplatz und der kleine Strand in Userin ist auch richtig schön und sauber. 200m grob wie beschrieben. Das Haus an sich war sauber und ausreichend für 4 Person. Es gab auch noch im OG zwei weitere Betten, aber mit einer sehr steilen Treppe. Die Umgebung an sich ist einfach wunderschön und es gibt genügend Ausflugsziele.

Wir waren mit unseren 4 Enkeln dort. Der Fernseher könnte etwas größer sein und auch Sitzgelegenheiten für 6 Personen wären nicht schlecht. Die Terrasse ist zu klein für 6 Personen. Es waren viele Spiele für die Kits vorhanden. Ansonsten war sie gut ausgestattet außer die Matratze im Kinderzimmer unten muß ausgetauscht werden.

Tolles Haus

Das Haus ist toll, allerdings braucht die Terasse mal neues Holz. Das ist vom Wetter schon stark mitgenommen. Der 'Hausmeister' hat uns aber schnell und unkompliziert geholfen. Der 'Vorgarten' könnte aber mal ein paar Pflanzen vertragen. Da sehen die Nachbargrundstücke schöner aus. In jedem Fall eine Empfehlung.

Schönes Ambiente

Wir hatten tolles Wetter, eine schöne ausreichend große Unterkunft und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Kleines Manko waren die Kopfkissen, aber für die Woche haben wir uns beholfen. Wir kommen gerne noch mal.
