Had a great time

Great Villa, Owner was extemely communicative. I never worried about getting in touch with her. Villa on a great street close to evreything, beach/store restaurants all within 5-10 min golf cart ride.

Wonderful home

Vivero 41 was perfect for our family vacation. Carolina made it so easy and helped us with so many things prior to and during our stay. Raisa is fabulous - such a great cook and took care of everything! The location is very central to all areas of the resort. We would definitely go back!

Fun!

Our family enjoyed this property! We played pool, ping pong, did chipping practice, loved the picuzzi, & the trampoline. The beds were comfy and the house was clean. What made the stay extra special was Raisa. She is an amazing host and so loving & caring. She is also an amazing cook! Overall great communication from before the stay to excellent follow up after.

Perfect for our needs

This house is located right in the middle of Casa de campo. It was 6 minutes to the marina 3 minutes to the beach 5 minutes to teeth of the dog Golf Course. The house was spotless. And the best part of the house was Raisa! Shes your personal chef, maid, and kind heart! That woman can cook! When we go back (which we will) we will be staying at this property! We tried to figure out a way to get Raisa back home with us, but I guess the legalities kept us from doing it lol!

Robbery

To start, the property its self was wonderful. The location in relation to the resort amenities was not bad and the outdoor patio area was wonderful. However, there is a severe lack of communication from the property manager, but most of all the maid. The maid took advantage of my friends and I and robbed us of over $1000 USD. Constantly, guilting us to give her money because she was "sad". Additionally, the Vrbo site states that breakfast is included in this villa, but let me tell you, it is not. The maid showed up every day and used the groceries that we bought after each day we told her that we did not want her to prepare breakfast for us and ultimately charged us upwards of $500 USD for the groceries we bought, claiming the rolled-up cheese slices and ham were bought by her. Also, the atrocities that they called golf carts cost us a pretty penny despite the fact that both of them had to have their batteries replaced daily, as they broke down miles and miles away from the villas every day, forcing us to walk back and seek help. Overall, this villa was okay, but there needs to be a new maid who does not rob you, and a property manager who is aware of this and does something to help.
