Cocoonr agency offers this charming 110 m² house in Eu to rent for up to 8 people.
It comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 84 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor
- A 35 m ² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC
1st floor
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
2nd floor
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds (which can be made into a double bed) and a bunk bed
Outside
- A beautiful 90 m² enclosed garden
- A 25 m² east-facing terrace with a sheltered area and furniture to enjoy the fine weather
The house is ideally located in Eu, in a semi-pedestrianised street in the historic town centre, a stone's throw from the château and the collegiate church. You'll have all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
