You will enjoy a fully enclosed garden, perfect for moments of relaxation in complete tranquility. Its terrace equipped with garden furniture invites you to savor your meals outdoors under the Vendée sun.

The house also has a private parking space and a garage (not intended for parking but very practical for storing your belongings or doing laundry thanks to the washing machine provided).



Inside, the living area consists of a bright dining room and a large cozy living room with a television, perfect for your cozy evenings after the beach. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare your meals with ease.

The bathroom includes a bathtub, ideal for a moment of relaxation. On the bedroom side, you will find two comfortable rooms, each with a double bed (140x190 and 160x190) for peaceful nights.
