Welcome to Dax, for a comfortable vacation for two, with family or to recharge your batteries during your spa treatment. La Maison Molière benefits from an ideal location for visiting the main sites of the city on foot or by bike, accessing all shops and services, while being in a very quiet residential area. Here the private swimming pool (5.20m x 3.50m open from June to September, secured by a bar cover) is a real asset for you to relax and unwind. Outside, you will also appreciate the fully enclosed garden, the wooden terrace and the secure parking. The interior will seduce you with the quality of its decoration, its warm and soft atmosphere as well as the space offered by the beautiful surface areas of the rooms. Each room also has a private bathroom and toilet offering everyone the privacy necessary for their stay. A unique address to discover during a leisure stay or your wellness treatment. This independent house is composed of: - a ground floor with a large living room with lounge (TV, WIFI), dining room and open kitchen a master suite with its bedroom (1 160 cm bed) and private bathroom (walk-in shower) a separate toilet laundry - upstairs a bedroom: 1 bed 140 a bathroom: bathtub a separate toilet For your comfort, sheets, bathroom linen and household linen are provided. A 21-night cure rate is offered. A pretty town house with private swimming pool, in a quiet area of the town of Dax, 40 minutes from the Landes beaches
