Spread over 2 levels, this holiday home will offer you comfort, space and modern facilities for a successful holiday.

On the ground floor:

- Living room / Lounge: vast bright living space opening onto the terrace and garden with sea views. Sofas, television, coffee table and large openings onto the terrace and garden for the lounge area. A lovely convivial table for 8 people integrated into the living space.

- Modern open-plan kitchen and well-equipped: dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric hob, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster… A central island with 5 stools for quick meals or breakfasts.

- Double bedroom (140 cm bed): bright, slightly below the lounge level, with opening bay window onto the terrace and garden. Soft and restful atmosphere. An adjoining bathroom equipped with toilet, bathtub, vanity unit and large mirror.

On the upper floor:

- Master suite with sea view with double bed (160 cm) and private shower room.

- 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90 cm) and sea view.

- 2 connecting bedrooms with sea view: 1 single bed (90 cm) and 2 single beds (90 cm).

- Shower room with shower.

The entire upper floor is accessible from the lounge via an elegant suspended staircase (to be used with caution with young children), or from the ground floor bedroom via a secure staircase. This first gives access to the bedrooms in a row, then to the rest of the corridor.

Exterior:

- South-east facing wooden terrace with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, 2 sun loungers and 2 sun beds.

- Enclosed and secure garden, perfect for children.

- Private tennis court accessible just opposite.

- Washing machine and storage space in the cellar accessible from the garden.

Practical information and formalities (ref pl21):

Parking: private spaces available in front of the tennis court, possibility to park right next to the house to unload luggage or shopping.

WIFI: internet access via WIFI

Pets: Pets are not accepted in this rental

For everyone's comfort, the interior is non-smoking and parties are not permitted.

Optional services:

- End of stay cleaning optional at the rate of €200

- Sheet set: €24 / bed.

- Towel kit (one large, one medium towel and one flannel): €12 / kit.

Electricity:

- during the summer period (1 May to 30 September) an allowance of 100 KWh/week is provided then actual consumption at the rate of €0.30/KWh

- during the winter period (1 October to 30 April) actual consumption at the rate of €0.30/KWh
