The villa has a garden with trees and a terrace that directly overlooks the scrub and the hills. Wooden terrace in ipe of 150 m2 with heated and secure swimming pool of 4x9.
Electric griddle. A dining table for 8 people. An outdoor living room with 1 3-seater sofa and 2 armchairs. 4 sunbeds for sunbathing.

The villa is part of a small residence of 3 houses, each with their private swimming pool. It is terraced on one side only.

NOTE: Work is underway at the back of the villa. The complete stop of work is mandatory from mid-July to early September. No noise nuisance during this period and no visual nuisance.
