Original Grayton Beach Cottage! Completely remodeled and expanded to maintain its Old Florida Charm. Upon entering you are greeted by 15 ft. ceilings with a large open kitchen and great room with a custom fireplace. Top of the line kitchen appliances. Handmade Moroccan tile and reclaimed oak floors throughout the house. Custom cypress cabinets and so much more! 6 bedrooms with 2 master suites downstairs and 4 bedrooms upstairs one of which is a bunk room. Laundry room upstairs and downstairs. No detail was spared in this amazing renovation! A huge fenced in back yard with heated pool (which is an additional $250 to heat). Located on the main road in Grayton Beach. Just steps away from the beach and The Red Bar. Perfect for larger families. Truly one of a kind!

perfect house for a large family

Wonderful property!!

We loved our time here! The house was absolutely amazing, even better in person than the pictures! We loved the pool with toddlers. Suzi was a pleasure to work with and was super helpful and responsive with questions. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

Grayton Beach Home

This home was lovely! We were able to walk to the beach, dining, retail and to walking/bike trails. The home was very well equipped and the pool heater was great as temperatures dropped. The home’s decor was beautiful and our family would love to stay there again!

Outstanding week!

What a week! Suzi was absolutely wonderful, responsive, and helpful and the home was fabulous. There was plenty of room, beautifully decorated, wonderful outdoor space, and just an overall fabulous experience! We will absolutely be back!!

Favorite home in Grayton

We had an amazing time at this house. It’s been our family’s favorite house from all the properties we have stayed at in Grayton for the past decade. Everything was very clean, the kitchen is well stocked, the backyard is awesome, the beds are comfortable, the bedrooms are quiet, and all the furnishings are comfortable and stylish. The public beach access is a close walk or bike ride away. Suzi was a fantastic host. Cannot wait to go back.

Extended family beach trip

We had 5 families stay here ranging from 2-68 and we had the best time! Suzi was wonderful- she was out of the country but still reached out to make sure we were good and was quick to respond to anything we asked. We rented a golf cart to lug kids and things to the beach but it wasn’t a bad walk to the beach if you didn’t have to carry a lot. Loved all the restaurants that were in walking distance. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved the outdoor space. We would def book Suzi’s house again :)

Amazing house & perfect location

We loved staying at this beautiful house. Plenty of room and a stunning backyard. The layout is perfect for several families. The house has a well stocked kitchen and two refrigerators which we found very useful. The backyard has a large pool and covered patio. We all enjoyed coming back from an afternoon at the beach to relax in the pool. This house is within walking distance of several restaurants/shops which our teens loved going off on their own. The owner quickly responded to any questions we had during our stay. Great vacation and great house! Highly recommend!

Amazing Grayton Beach Stay

Truly an amazing property. Looks just like the pictures but what is not shown is how close to the beach and town you are! Easy walk to both beach accesses and town. The covered seating area at pool was great even during the rain. Suzi has thought on everything. Spices, oils, flour, sugar, coffee etc. Beds were extremely comfortable. Easy to bring beach chairs when you are provided a cart. Outdoor shower makes it easy to clean off. Lots of parking. We will definitely items be back. Best family vacay yet!!!

Amazing house, location and communication!!

We had an amazing time this week! The house is beautiful, clean and has all the amenities you could ask for. The owner thought of everything to make your life easier while you're on vacation down to double laundry rooms, coffee makers, ice maker, two fridges, extra towels and beach towels, beautiful outdoor sitting areas, beautiful inside sitting areas, very private pool area, etc. The list goes on and on. Also, the property manager was so quick and responsive!! Even when she was on vacation herself. I highly suggest staying here if you want a seem less vacation, beautiful clean private pool and close proximity to the beach!!

Family Vacation-Five Stars!!

This house was everything we expected and more, perfect for our first extended family vacation in several years. The kitchen was stocked with all the supplies you could want and top of the line appliances. The washer and dryers on both floors was so convenient. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the bathrooms were luxury. We spent a lot of our time in the back yard, lounging in the beautiful pool, and playing cards on the covered porch beside the pool. The beach was a two minute stroll down the street. Every question we had was immediately answered by Suzi. We will definitely be returning to this home for years to come. Thank you Suzi for opening up your beautiful home to our family.

Sweet family home in Grayton Beach

We just spent a week at this newly-remodeled cottage in Grayton Beach and it was amazing. Our family (which now includes a couple of infants) loved the casual decor, the spacious bedrooms and the open kitchen / den. But, the backyard may have been the biggest hit. We enjoyed the fenced yard, pool and covered seating / dining area, which enabled us to put babies down for a rest, and then head outside with our baby monitors to float during naptime. The house was equipped with a wagon that helped carry beach towels and a cooler when we made the short walk to the beach. A nice outdoor shower made rinsing the sand off a snap. The only drawback to our visit was the yellow fly— a biting insect we were unaware existed, but apparently can be bad along 30A in May and June. During the heat of the day they were not an issue, so pool-time was not an problem. In the evening, we burned citronella and used insect repellent which helped, but still suffered a few bites. Still, would highly recommend this lovely home!

The BEST place to stay!!

This house was amazing! That outdoor space was perfect having that pavilion to provide shade. Also, there was a giant fan that was in the ceiling that oscillated and provided a lot of breeze for our hot summer vacation and grilling out help to cool the cooks! The pool was great! The water got a little toasty warm. We did not think of that part. But overnight it would cool down some. The two refrigerators and two washers and dryers were helpful. It has a stand alone ice maker we used all the time for coolers and drinks. That was a great added bonus to the house. The sand down here is super fine and deep! It’s beautiful but hard to get a wagon to roll on. Even Regular beach wagons don’t work well. You have to have the ones with those like 6 inch tires really, really wide tires. They had one of those wagons with those tires that you can use here and it was excellent because it was also made of metal so we could put our cooler on there. Thank heavens. All the other regular beach wagons we were pulling AND pushing them with two guys to get them to the beach through that sand. It was pretty brutal. So plan accordingly. Cars CAN park on this beach which we did not know. But it’s only Part of the beach-a sectioned off area so we went to the part where cars can’t park. The cars will be nearby. Both the car park and no car parking are right by each other and entry are right by the house so it was not an extra walk. East walk to food and fun.We would rent this amazing house again!

Favorite house on 30A! We will be back!

We have stayed in tons of houses in Watercolor, Seaside and Rosemary and this is by far the most gorgeous home we have stayed in and our favorite beach property. The location is the BEST! It's a short walk to the beach and restaurants in Grayton Beach and a quick bike ride to Watercolor and Seaside. Tons of options for shopping and restaurants. The photos on the listing absolutely do not showcase the true beauty and charm of this home. The light fixtures, furnishings, floors, appliances- everything is brand new and super high-end. Rental properties typically cut corners on finishes and furniture and this home is finished way nicer than my home in Atlanta. I definitely didn't want to leave. It feels like a beautiful, warm home and nothing like your typical rental. The pool area is private and the large, covered, outdoor entertainment area is a great space and one we used a lot. The owners are local and made us feel like we could reach out if we needed anything. That was comforting to know, but there were bikes, beach towels, a well stocked kitchen, tons of towels for all of us, multiple washing machines- we had everything (and more) that we needed. We will be back again this summer and hope to rent a few times a year as it's the best one we have stayed in and we've been visiting the area for years. Thank you for a great week and all the memories made in this gorgeous home!
