We were given incorrect check in instructions and wasn't able to get in contact with the host. We ended up having to make other arrangements because they didn't respond until almost 10pm that night.

They rented us the cabin from October 25 to 28 and on the 25th from 4 in the afternoon which the door did not open at that time we were sending messages to Stephanie who was the one they assigned us who never answered us we could enter until 5 in the afternoon and until today October 28 at 7:47 pm no apology no answer, so it weighs on me not to give good references from you the cabin we vacated on October 28 at 9:00 am.Have a nice day

The cabin is really nice, and extremely clean! The bed and couch were comfortable, for just hanging out and relaxing after some hiking and shopping. The kitchen is well stocked, which we appreciated since we tend to prefer cooking ourselves. The little porch was great for early morning coffee. We would definitely rent this cabin again for a couples trip! Highly recommend!

It’s a nice small comfy cabin and really close to the Hochatown strip which was great however, there are a few things that needed to be fixed in the cabin. The lighting is one major issue needed fixing. Plus the bbq has not been taken care of so was unable to use. Didn’t receive any information about check in until the morning of our trip which was unnerving considering we had to drive several hours to get there. Overall it is a very cute cabin just needs a lil updated tlc.

Cozy getaway

Great location with easy access to everything Broken Bow has to offer. I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the property, though. Upon our arrival, there were clumps of hair on the ground and the shower hadn’t been cleaned.

Perfect

This cabin was absolutely perfect for what we wanted. The only thing that could’ve helped was a place to store our clothes. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back in the future.

Property itself was nice enough. Minor inconveniences included: no hand towels, only 1 washcloth; cold and hot in shower were reversed; only liquid hand soap - no soap for shower; no ice cube trays or ice in fridge. Only things stocked in pantry were salt and pepper shakers and coffee filters. No sugar. Wi-Fi was slow so couldn’t watch tv or cast something on the screen from my ipad. Bring everything with you!

Nice fireplace and bed. Poor lighting, especially in kitchen and bathroom, and cobwebs in cabin. No good place to put trash on departure.

Great little cabin!

My husband and I enjoyed a quiet weekend away for our 1 year wedding anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed this little cabin. The cabin was clean and provided everything we needed. The communication with the host was a little delayed, but we did get all the information needed. The lock on the door is a little temperamental and should probably be fixed but we figured out how to get in after looking for a key. The bed was also very comfortable!

Horrible Experience

We could not access the cabin with the key code we were given. We only were able to get in because we found a physical key under the doormat after sitting outside for HOURS. We spent 3 hours trying to get in touch with the hosts who were completely unresponsive to us. We tried them through the app and with the phone number provided. Once we finally got in after finding a physical key, none of the amenities worked. The Wi-Fi did not exist which meant we also couldn’t use the tv they provided. There was no hot water to the massive tub which was the main reason we booked the cabin. We ended up contacting VRBO directly and they also were not able to get into contact the hosts. This was suppose to be our last night away before our first baby arrives in two weeks but it instead turned into a nightmare and wasted time. Many other reviews from guests stated that they were not able to access the cabin or hosts either and had to sit outside just like we did. We ended up contacting vrbo for a refund due to not being able to access the property correctly and nothing working on the inside of the cabin. We drove back home to Texas instead of trying to stay here. Do not book this cabin. The cabin had a 8.4 rating and the first reviews were good which was why we booked. Read ALL of the reviews!! Vrbo and these hosts have allowed this to happen to multiple guests staying at this property as well as us.

Noise

The place is adorable and great as a studio, but the smoke alarm is connected without a battery and was beeping ALL NIGHT LONG!!!! I didn't sleep for more than an hour. The location is easy to get to but is on a busy road. Expect parties and music and driving sounds galore. You can hear everything in this place. Again, it's adorable for the 12 hrs I was there.
