The ground floor features an open-plan layout with a fully equipped kitchen leading to a spacious living and dining area. A laundry room with a WC and a washing machine completes this living space.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160×200 cm) and the other with two single beds (80×200 cm) that can be joined together to form a double bed. A mezzanine lounge and a bathroom with a bathtub, toilet and heated towel rail can be found on this floor.

The duplex has a private terrace overlooking a quiet, green garden, which is ideal for relaxation. The entrance is on the ground floor, accessed via the courtyard, and there is reserved parking for one vehicle.

Please note that the accommodation is not accessible to persons with reduced mobility.

Linen and everyday amenities such as a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker and vacuum cleaner are provided. A cot and high chair are available on request.
