This beautiful ranch-style home boasts a generous backyard and comprises 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it an ideal residence for those seeking a pool home that fulfills all their requirements!

Conveniently situated near downtown Inverness and neighboring cities in Citrus County, and is just a short distance from the scenic boardwalks along Henderson Lake, Cooter Pond and Citrus Memorial Hospital. It is also in proximity to various amenities.

The area hosts free concerts and community events that keep downtown vibrant. Notable attractions include the Depot Market, which showcases a variety of vendors, in addition to boat ramps, a wide range of water activities such as kayaking and boating tours, as well as bike trails, parks, dining establishments, and a cinema.

Inverness weekend stay

Really impressed with this property! Very comfortable beds, updated interior and furnishings, complete home gym, pool. Perfect size for 4 adults. Short drive or long walk to the downtown area. Very easy check in and out process!

The rooms were clean and tidy. The host communicated in a timely manner. The pool was nice and clean. We did have to wait a whole 24 hours to use the pool due to servicing so that was a factor in our plans. We didnt realize the description included no laundry amenities, so it is our fault there. However, now we realize how important the need for a washer and dryer really are, especially on a five day trip. When we arrived the AC was set to 78 degrees and we were tryijg to lower the AC bit by bit, it didnt reach 74 degrees until 9pm (so it took 6 hours to drop 4 degrees). Adter we got the AC to 74 degrees it did stay at 74. There were plenty of pool/bath towels, blankets, & pillows. Definitely could use a lottle more kitchenware (pans, baking/cookie sheets). Tradfic noise is also a factor as it is on the main toad 44. Over all, would rent it again.

Clean, comfortable and relaxing

This was a perfect place for my husband and I, and our 15 yr old granddaughter, to make home for a week. The pool was a bonus. The location was perfect to get to Inverness, Crystal River and the bike trail. We explored many places like Wild Bills Airboat Rides, and Rainbow Springs. This home is very clean and comfortable. We would stay again.

This spacious Pool house has a big backyard and you can't beat the location. Approximately 3 miles from down town historic Inverness. It's about one mile from the Henderson Lake boat ramp so bring your kayaks and your boats. It's minutes from restaurants, shopping, parks, bike trails and medical facilities.
