Spread over 200 m², the villa is organised around a main house and two outbuildings, offering each person their own space while promoting moments of conviviality. The enclosed garden, lush and with no overlooking neighbours, invites relaxation in complete privacy, with its many landscaped outdoor spaces: sunny terrace, outdoor furniture and an official-sized pétanque court for beautiful summer games. Inside, a billiards table completes the leisure facilities.



The completely renovated house has a modern and fully equipped kitchen that will seduce gastronomy enthusiasts. It notably features a professional coffee machine, perfect for savouring an espresso worthy of the best cafés.

Extend the Ré island experience with the rental of a Parker 690 Sport boat, ideal for exploring the coasts and coves of the island of Ré:



£2,400 / week in July-August

Pets are welcome, at a rate of £18 per day.



Household linen is optional at €25/person and includes: Bed linen / bath towels / kitchen linen / beach foutas



The end-of-stay cleaning is included and mandatory in the final rate. It includes an intermediate cleaning included for any stay during high season.
