Girls Beach Trip

This was our first time using Vacasa and they were great to work with! We enjoyed our stay! The beach and pool area are very nice. It is nice to have bathrooms at the pool area that are easy to access from the beach. We rented chairs and an umbrella from the service on the beach.The condo was very clean! Wifi was good. The views from the deck are great!

Home away from home

Beautiful yet homey. Spectacular views even when storms kept us inside. It had everything we needed for a much-needed family getaway. We will definitely stay again.

Girls Trip

This was an excellent place for our summer girls trip. Everything was great. We loved our view and the ease getting down to the beach. We rented chairs and umbrellas right on the beach so no hauling things back and forth each day. Beautiful condo.

Perfect!

The condo was beautiful! Stunning views of the sunrise! We were close to all sorts of fun and Gulf State Park. The beach is lovely, clean a d not crowded at all. Thanks! We'll be back!

Picture Perfect

The location is fantastic. The complex is smaller but has two great heated pools and beautiful beach access. The condo was super clean and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to do some cooking. The balcony overlooking the beach was ideal for just hanging out! We visited in December/January and Orange Beach is very quiet! Will book again!

Nice place.

The condo is nice. Has a few cosmetic issues but clean. And the beach is closer than most of the ones in the area. Had an issue with the fridge not making ice. We bought ice twice while there for 4 people.

B31 Palm Beach

Excellent condo. Decorated nicely. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of Space for us. Peaceful surrondings and a fantastic view of the beach. Needs better tv service. Couldnt watch live tv. Had to download apps to watch football games and the braves. We have been coming to Orange Beach/Gulf Shores for over 30 years. Except for my brother in laws condo, this is by far our new favorite place to stay.

Great location, terrible property management

This condo is in a great, quiet location on Orange Beach with easy access to the beach and a nice heated pool. However, we had a number of issues with our unit, and the property management company was mostly unresponsive and did not actually address the issues. When we arrived, one of the bedrooms (the kids') felt super damp. Running the AC for a few hours did nothing to fix it, and I noticed the stack of coasters on their dresser was growing white and green fuzzy mold. I requested a dehumidifier and never got one. We basically had to run the AC nonstop (even though it was 60 degrees outside) to keep that bedroom from feeling humid and damp the whole time. They did send out an AC tech (there was nothing wrong with the AC) the next day. There were blood stains on two of the bed coverlets -- the king bed and one of the twin beds -- like someone on her period sat on the edge of the bed and leaked. I requested replacement coverlets and never received any. Bring your own trash bags -- they only provide one trash bag in the kitchen trash can, which we did not discover until we needed to take out the trash and there were no extra bags underneath (or anywhere else in the apartment). We did not need the 3rd bedroom thankfully, but I discovered folding laundry on our last day that the queen bed frame was broken (or a screw missing) on one of the three supports underneath, so the bottom half of the mattress was basically unsupported in one corner and would tip from side to side. Not a major issue, but the latches on the sliding balcony doors do not function at all. I reached out before our trip via email, phone, and message through VRBO (where we booked) to inquire about some amenities and never heard back. If these issues had been addressed, it would have been a 4 or 5 star review.
