GREAT CONDO!!!

The location was perfect! The condo had everything we needed for a fantastic week at the beach. The pool was an extra bonus when grandsons got tired of playing in the sand.

Excellent stay

We had a perfect vacation, and thank Mark for allowing us to rent. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. He was timely in communication and checked in with us to make sure all was well.

Great stay

We stayed for 1 week and loved this condo. The owner was great at checking in on us and communicating. Great view and we had everything we needed for the week. We were also traveling with our 12 month old twins so we had to move a lot of breakable things out of reach and the owner was very understanding. We would come back for sure

Yet another win

This is our second year to stay at this particular resort, so we knew we would love the location. The layout was great for my wife and I as well as our teenage son and my parents, with three bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. I was notified the day before we arrived that the washing machine was broken, but the property manager was great and found us a vacant property in which we could wash our clothes while we were there. The resort is constantly being cleaned and every staff member we've ever encountered is super friendly. The only reason I gave 4 stars for cleanliness was due to an issue I noticed on the last day with the half bath where it obviously didn't get cleaned with the rest of the unit before we arrived. However, I think this was an oversight due to it being an easily overlooked area of the condo.

Exactly what we were looking for.

We had a great time at our three night stay here. The unit itself is sneaky big, so plenty of space for all of us. Loved the balconies off the bedrooms and dining area. Easy access to a great beach and so we spent most of our time outdoor. The unit is furnished with everything you'd need in the kitchen and all was very clean when we checked in. The welcome email was thorough and door code was simple so we were all set to check right in.

Where do I start, OMG - the unit was EVERYTHING!! No complaints at all about this 3 bed/3.5 bath. Shower was HOT a/c was COLD!! 2 combos I must have in my life over 40.

The property was beautiful, beautiful view, clean the beds were comfortable, and the owner called to check in on us(that was a great touch). Would definitely recommend.

Fun and Relaxation

Property was even better than we imagined! The property manager was really responsive and checked on us to make sure everything went well. The condo was well stocked with all the things we needed, clean, and so spacious! Everyone had space for downtime and a large table for dining and games. We’ll definitely return back to Palm Beach!

There were 4 friends in our group. The condo was perfect for us. We each had our own space. We loved the balcony and the view. The beach is beautiful!! The pool was great for us. The only downside was the non working elevator.

Location, location, location.

This property was absolutely perfect. The view is amazing. The condo itself is huge. 3 bedrooms; 1 king, one with 2 queens and the third has two twins. We had 3 adults, two 18 year olds, one 14 year old and a 4 year old. Every bedroom has its own full bathroom. The kitchen is more then adequate and has everything you need (even a crock pot). The pool is great-there are actually two both are heated. Had no issues letting the big kids go to the beach or pool alone as we could easily see them from the very large balcony. I highly recommend this condo. *bring your own toiletries and detergent etc;

Terrific location

It was such a pleasure to stay here. We had all of the cooking supplies & amenities to make for a comfortable vacation. You just receive the basic supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, soap etc. so you will want to bring some with you. The balcony had such amazing views of the ocean & pool. The nights were quiet & the condo is close (driving distance) to near by restaurants & grocery stores.

First time at palm beach

We really enjoyed our stay at palm beach. The condo was a great size and perfect for our family. It was very clean and as pictured/advertised. Only constructive comments would be to maybe add blackout curtains for bedrooms and possibly larger bath towels. Neither of those things would prohibit us from staying again though. Owner/manager even called to check on us. 5/5
