The Space:

Whether for a holiday or a business trip, this recently built apartment, delivered in 2023, offers all the comfort you need for a successful stay.

Located on the 7th and top floor (with elevator) of a contemporary building, this modern 87 m² apartment provides a pleasant and secure setting.

Enjoy a private 75 m² rooftop with panoramic views of the sea, the port, Fort de Brescou, and the surrounding hills. Accessible by elevator or stairs, this secure space is reserved exclusively for your apartment.

A double garage in the basement with remote-controlled gate is also available.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped: 4-burner induction hob, combination oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machines (Nespresso and filter), kettle, citrus juicer, toaster, and all necessary utensils.

A high-end plancha is available on the 55 m² covered balcony that runs along the entire apartment.

Reversible air conditioning operates via marine geothermal energy.

Wi-Fi connection and TV Box with international channels, Netflix, and Amazon Prime (with your own accounts) are provided.

The Casino Barrière is less than 50 meters away, and you will also find restaurants at the foot of the residence and on a central square. A local market takes place nearby every weekend.

Located in a secure residence with private garage, this apartment offers all the comfort you need for a unique stay. The Plages du Môle and Grande Conque beaches are within an 18-minute walk. This seaside resort, situated at the foot of an ancient volcano, is renowned for its Blue Flag-certified beaches.

Baby equipment available as an optional extra: travel cot and high chair provided as a package for €15 per stay. The travel cot is provided with the standard mattress designed for this type of cot, not with an additional thick mattress. Baby bed linen is not provided.

Early check-in or late check-out: possible only subject to availability, with an extra charge of €40. Late arrival after 11:00 p.m.: €40 extra charge only if an in-person check-in is required. If the late arrival after 11:00 p.m.
