Gîte on the 1st floor (shared entrance for 4 accommodations) comprising: an entrance hall, a living room/kitchen with lounge area (1 fold-down double bed 140x190 cm), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190 cm), a cabin without an opening to the outside but with a window providing secondary light, opening onto the bedroom (2 bunk beds 80x190 cm), a shower room, separate WC. Balcony. At the entrance to the village, a gîte (holiday cottage) in a semi-detached house, adjoining a main house with three other apartments. The gîte has been renovated. Free street parking or a nearby car park; the ski bus stop is 50 metres away. Shops and services are open during the tourist season; shops and supermarkets are available in Modane year-round. Located 600m from the slopes of Aussois, a family-friendly village resort with 80km of ski runs. 1.3km from the Le Monolithe Aussois - Val Cenis Sardières Nordic ski area (39km of cross-country trails) and hiking and snowshoeing routes. Numerous other renowned ski resorts are nearby: La Norma (10km), Val Cenis-Vanoise (16km), Valfréjus (17km), and the Orelle/Val Thorens gondola lift (19km). Close to Italy via the Fréjus Tunnel or the Mont Cenis pass. At the gateway to the Vanoise National Park with its magnificent hiking trails. Significant Baroque and military heritage, including the impressive Forts of Esseillon.
