Welcome to "La Villa Pitéou" fully equipped and comfortable, the villa offers beautiful modern spaces. All rooms are on one level, laid out in an L-shaped structure, and open onto a large tiled and wooden terrace surrounding the pool.

The bedrooms and sleeping area are separate from the living spaces, ensuring peace and plenty of room for everyone.

A second bathroom and another separate toilet;
An office area with an additional sleeping option (two pull-out beds);

A vast garden of 4,000 m² with a generous 10 x 5 m swimming pool, completing this lovely setting.

The Landes nature is right at your doorstep!

Please note that Rue de Pitéou, where your villa is located, lies within a natural area. The homes here sit on large plots, partly on protected natural land. Behind the villa, the terrain can be marshy in winter and spring. The local Landes flora and fauna are all around you — deer and wild boar sometimes wander nearby in complete peace and safety — part of the authentic local landscape!

You can walk all around the house; the brand-new pool (built in 2025) and its tiled and wooden terrace are on the south-west side.
Please note: there is a slight overlook from the neighboring property’s pool area, as the hedge separating the two gardens is still growing and not yet fully dense.

You’ll particularly enjoy the modern comfort, spacious contemporary design, and the peaceful garden.

## Emplacement
Located in the Landes region of Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Léon is just 6 km from the ocean, 30 minutes from Bayonne, and 50 minutes by car from Biarritz.

On its beautiful lake, you can enjoy canoeing, paddleboarding, or fishing. The Léon Lake is an ideal setting for young children, with its fine sandy beach and calm waters.

From the lake, you can explore the Nature Reserve that stretches all the way to Moliets by sailing along the Courant d’Huchet in a traditional guided boat a unique and peaceful experience led by local boatmen.

The Palue River, which flows into Léon Lake, is also perfect for canoe or kayak trips, guided or self-guided. With a few gentle rapids along the way, it’s a fun and refreshing adventure for solo travelers, couples, families, or groups of friends!

In summer, the daily market on the village square offers local Landes products, just a 10-minute walk from the villa.

Léon is a lively village all year round, with local shops such as a fishmonger, bakeries, butcher shops, a wine cellar, a cinema, and a cultural center.

Still today, Léon is loved for its unspoiled landscapes, wide range of outdoor activities, and its deep respect for Landes traditions — both sporting and culinary.

The nearest beach, “La Lette Blanche,” is just 6 km away, an authentic and unspoiled gem. You’ll also find the Moliets beaches at a similar distance — vast sandy stretches and scenic dunes, typical of the Landes coast.

The famous Vélodyssée, the long-distance cycle route that crosses France from Nantes to Hendaye, passes right at the foot of the villa. It’s perfect for easy, scenic rides through pine forests.

We can even arrange bike rentals for you — your bikes will be delivered directly to the villa and picked up before your departure, thanks to our trusted local partners.
