Our small estate, its holiday park, and its three cottages with heated and covered swimming pools (for the park, or private or shared for the cottages) welcome you to a friendly and relaxing family atmosphere.
The park comprises 18 accommodations: mobile homes, chalets, cabins, lodges, caravans, and one rental unit adapted for people with reduced mobility.
The estate's advantages: spacious pitches or large gardens with no overlooking neighbors, a small number of accommodations all spaced around a swimming pool and children's play area, a friendly and cheerful atmosphere, barbecue meals and aperitifs, and lively evenings with music and a festive, open-air atmosphere... In short, family holidays with a camping vibe!
On another part of the estate, there are three cottages for 12, 6, and 2 people. A small shop offers essential groceries and some regional products.
Bread and pastries are baked on-site during the season and delivered to your table each morning. A play area (swings, slide, spring riders, etc.) for toddlers, a pétanque court, table tennis, and a volleyball court for older children and adults.
Ideally located in the heart of the Périgord region, you can visit caves and sinkholes, troglodyte villages and fortified towns, parks and gardens, and a multitude of castles...

BLACK PÉRIGORD
In the southeast part of the department, Black Périgord opens on the International Pole of the Prehistory of the valley of Vézère and on the valley of the Dordogne. The valley of Vézère receives some of the richest sites of the European Prehistory (palaeolithic sites, caves and natural shelters). We list fifteen decorated sites classified by the UNESCO in the World heritage of the Humanity.
