5-bedrooms, 4-bathrooms. Newly built, perfect for those looking for a break from the norm. Huge living-room with 20ft ceilings, electric fireplace and 4K TV. Kitchen is well equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, with a big dining table. All bedrooms feature with brand new beds with new memory foam mattresses.

Game room includes: Ping Pong, Mini Pool, Foosball, Darts and other board games. Patio has good space to sit and has a work out machine for a good pump.

Great property and location

If you read the older reviews and have any concerns, let me allay them…it’s a clean and beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood, with a playground in the neighborhood if you have little kids. Kids loved the projector room for watching movies. Was a fairly central to everything we wanted to do in Dallas and Fort Worth. It’s close to DFW, but not below a flight path so you get to see the planes but don’t hear them all day. Overall a great stay, would definitely stay at this house again.

Great house close to a lot of activites

This house was a great space for multiple couples. The living area and kitchen were spacious along with the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Lovely location

The house was nice and spacious. The beds were comfortable. There weren’t as many that are listed in the section of beds. I figure somehow they got duplicated in the system. The kitchen was stocked as much as needed. The host was very quick to respond with communication.

Pathetic management of a good property

In one word, it was bad. There were over 25 bags of trash with food and diapers that had been left behind in the garage. That had caused stench in the house and I had to go in garage to take it all out as it was unbearable. It stayed there out on the street for whole day before owner arranged for trash pickup.( after phone calls and texts). Due to trash in garage the whole house was full of fruit flies, hundreds of them. Had to buy insecticide spray and spray it all in the first floor to get rid of the flies. The WiFi did not work. Had to call the owner to get it fixed. The bathrooms only had hand wash bottles, that too were empty in 3 bathrooms. There was no shampoo or body wash (as most rental properties I have been to have). The comforters on the bed were without covers and two beds did not have covers on the pillows. The owner was able to deliver via Walmart three pillow covers and hand soap for myself to put on, rather than sending a person to fix the problems. The bathroom had only one towel each and no hand towels. If your property is listed to host 12 people then at least have 12 towels and hand towels. I literally had to go to Ross and Walmart to get comforter covers, quilts, towels and soap We were hosting some family from Malaysia and it was extremely embarrassing for us. Perfect hosting is so important for the Asian culture and this totally ruined it. Had to spend my whole time apologizing. The location and property is good but had God awful management!!!
