Get your competitive game on in our large game room with seating for everyone. Play shuffleboard, board games, video games or catch a movie on the 65-inch game room TV. Become the star of your group with your singing skills on the karaoke machine.

*Bedrooms*
You will get a good night’s sleep on our comfortable mattresses and luxury super soft linens. If you are a night owl or want to get away, all bedrooms have smart TVs with free local channels, free digital channels, or you can stream your favorite movies on Netflix, Hulu, and Prime using your own account.

*Resort Style Backyard*
You’ll enjoy our private backyard resort. Whether you are relaxing by the warm fire, enjoying a great meal at the outdoor dining area, relaxing on the comfy lounge furniture, playing mini golf, or lounging in the pool or heated spa, our backyard has something for everyone. After the game or a day of being on the go, you will definitely want to relax in our large heated spa. Pool towels are provided for you.

We have you covered with parking for up to nine (9) vehicles. We offer an oversized 3-car private garage that will accommodate up to three full size trucks or suburban type vehicles. Our driveway is large enough for six vehicles when properly spaced.

If the need arises, a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are clean and ready for your use.

We are fanatics about cleaning! We are owner/operators and personally inspect our home before you arrive and make sure everything is up to our high standards.

We are available 24/7 by app, text or phone should you need assistance. We really enjoy hosting and it shows in our commitment to great hospitality.

Amazing home while in Dallas for our son’s wedding. Close to everything. Clean, cozy and just as advertised. Lots of room for the whole family. Great backyard for entertainment and relaxing. Host was great about communicating with us and available to meet any need we had. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay with a large group! We had 5 couples and had plenty of space to hang out together but also to get away for quiet time if needed too. House is beautiful, well equipped with pretty much whatever you need to cook, coffee, etc. Nice gas fireplace outside to relax around- we wished we had paid the extra to heat the pool. House is also within walking distance of restaurants, stadiums, stores. Hosts were welcoming and available when we had questions. We had an excellent stay here- highly recommend!

Wonderful property!

We loved our stay in Arlington. The host was incredibly helpful, the property was gorgeous, the location was close to everything we needed and it was just an amazing stay all around. We would definitely recommend, and if we are in the area again we would stay here!

We reserved this beautiful home for a reunion of longtime girlfriends and it was the perfect venue. The six of us each had our own room, and we all commented on how quiet it was. The rooms are spread out for maximum privacy. I don't know what the bed brand was, but we all remarked that they were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen is very well appointed. We were not able to use the gorgeous pool and spa (too chilly), but the fire table was well received. We had a fun night playing shuffleboard and using the arcade machine. This house offers something for all ages. It has fantastic proximity to AT&T Stadium. The women all said that it was one of the nicest, or even the nicest, house that they had ever rented. This house was put together with great care to detail. It was immaculately clean. I would not hesitate to recommend it or rent it again. Host was very resposive and communicated in a very timely manner. 12 out of 10.
