4th floor, 1 Br, 2 double beds, 1 sleeper sofa 1 bath. Condo is 1.5 blocks from the beach and boardwalk. Fully equipped kitchenette with full size refrigerator/freezer and microwave. Heated pool and BBQ grills. Just steps away from many restaurants and bars. A block away from Byrne Plaza, which hosts many family friendly activities, such as a free movie night. Also walking distance to Wawa Morey's Pier and the Beach!

festival

We stayed 4 nights for the country music festival. The accommodations were suitable for our visit. Don't look for anything fancy. If that's what you are looking for this is not the place for you.

Falling apart rm 404

Rm 404 had pieces falling off the ceiling, filthy bathroom, food prints on microwave. I took photos but can't upload.

Irene, if you can send me the pictures of the pieces falling off thr ceiling I can address it. I spoke to the cleaners and asked them to do a better job of cleaning the bathroom and microwave.

It was fine for a short stay

Our host was kind and attentive; answered whenever we called for the lock. But I would recommend doing a little more to the property. There’re some repairs or additions that will help improve. Such as, incomplete paint work and wall decals, cracks on ceilings, no hand towels or paper towels, mismatched tiles, dust and cobwebs, linens smelled, pillows stained. We also found a razor on the side of the drawers. I chose the location based on closeness to boardwalk but noticed that there were others closer.

Thanks for the suggestion. When I was there right before you stay I did see the damage on the wall, was not there before the summer. I will have it repaired and painted. I did not see the stains on the pillow but will look at that when go back to the unit. The cleaners was there right before you arrived, I will ask them about the Linens.. I am planning on refreshing the unit after this summer.

The location is perfect for connecting to the boardwalk. The condo itself does need some TLC, but it was clean, and it was okay for the 2 nights we stayed. A/C worked well, as well as the lights, fans, shower, and the TV. Did not try to work other items, so I have no comment on the microwave, coffee pot, or the stove. Make sure you bring your hand towels, your bath towels, t-paper, soaps, etc (this is in the instructions when you book) The elevator up to the 4th floor was slow to open and shut, and we almost got stuck inside. The pool had the right temperature with enough chairs. The BBQ grill seemed to be giving the person trying to grill a hard time, so be mindful of the grill issues. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Great getaway!

Great short getaway! Not far to get to the beach and other places. Condo is on the smaller side and needs some updates, but otherwise suited us just fine!
