We were in Pittsburgh for the NFL draft as well as an event at Carnegie Mellon. Properties near downtown Pittsburgh were priced very high, so we found this place in Monroeville that was very reasonably priced, and the drive into Pittsburgh was easy and only 25 minutes or so. The place had very comfortable beds and all the kitchen and bathroom supplies we needed for the minimal amount of time we were actually in the apartment (mostly just in the evening after full days out and about). There are restaurants close by (we tried a Starbucks and an "Eat 'N Park", both only 1/2 mile away or so). The neighborhood seemed safe. My wife and I give this place a thumbs up.

Our host was great! Bad weather had the lock box frozen but he was attentive and helped out in a very timely manner. Very responsive. Will seek out this property again when we come back in town to visit family

Nice spot close to everything

Nice spot close to everything. Only suggestion would be to add a binder with all the local information, suggestions, and appartment amenities and where to find them, how to get to the laundry. Oh and sleeps 5 on this listing doesn't mean theres a pull out. Its just a plain couch. Fyi
