Very Comfortable

Cean, the bed is extremely comfortable, the kitchen has all equipment needed to cook at home, it's in a nice, quiet, residential neighborhood, a short drive to the beach, the owners are very nice and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.

Very nice spot

Nice property, very clean and has everything you need. Would come back 100%. Only suggestion is maybe to have basic cooking ingredients such as salt/pepper/olive oil so we dont have to buy it for short trips. Other than that very good!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

The property is primarily set up for guests and consists of four independent apartments and one house. The apartments are newly built and have their own private entrance and private patio. Each apartment space has 131 sq. ft. / 40 sq. m. available for your comfort.

✔ All bulbs are smart LED (the power intensity outside is reduced when no motion), the string lights in the patio are solar powered, the cameras are solar powered, the Air-conditioners and refrigerator are inverter, the TVs are on energy saving mode, the toilets are water efficient and the plants use drip system (base on weather condition) to save on water usage. The garbage collection company provides recycling services at their plant. All these efforts is our part to be eco-friendly and we would like you to assist us in this effort to use water and electricity very consciously.

✔ Exterior lights turn on automatically at 6:30PM and turn off at 5AM.
