This charming, authentic country house, dating from the late 19th century and meticulously restored, is nestled peacefully in the heart of the Côte Chalonnaise vineyards, within a tranquil, typical, and well-preserved village. It is conveniently located near Mercurey (6 km) and Givry (8 km), delightful wine-growing and shopping towns (with numerous amenities including supermarkets). The splendid, unspoiled setting of gently rolling countryside blends viticulture and unspoiled nature, between vineyard slopes, vast wild forests, and meadows, within a protected area designated as a ZNIEFF (Zone Naturelle d'Intérêt Écologique, Faunistique et Floristique) and Natura 2000 (for its exceptionally rich ecosystems), and adjacent to the famous "Val d'Or" and its renowned "Mercurey" (leading wine estate of the Côte Chalonnaise, one of the oldest AOCs in France). Complete tranquility in the heart of the rolling vineyard countryside, within a protected ZNIEFF and Natura 2000 area (for its rich flora and fauna), nestled in a soothing, picture-postcard setting that combines bucolic vineyard slopes, rivers, fields and gentle meadows, and vast wild forests (perfect for relaxing walks or mountain biking). This comfortable cottage features a spacious living area and a warm, rustic charm with a touch of retro appeal. The atmosphere is peaceful and refreshing. The cozy bedrooms are tucked away under the eaves, creating a cozy, cabin-like feel.
