Welcome to Foothills Retreat! Located on the tee box of the 6th hole on the Foothills Golf Club Course. This updated spacious 4 bed 2.5 bath home is only 17 miles from the PHX airport. Enjoy an incredible heated pool with a jetted baja shelf. Dine outside and enjoy the endless desert sunsets. Cool off inside with a game of shuffleboard or foosball.

The Area:

VIEWS Skip the city and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Ahwatukee while being only 20-30 min away from most attractions.

HIKING There are over 50 miles of trails in South Mountain Park area near the house. They are popular for hikes, mountain biking and horseback riding. Explore many of the well-known rock formations, like those in Papago Park, as well as Camelback Mountain and Pinnacle Peak.

GOLF Located on the 6th hole of Troon's newest golf course. The Foothills Golf Club is a stunning public course that offers 7000 yards of pristine links style golf. Looking for variety? At Foothills Retreat you are 15 mins from 7 different public course.

SPRING TRAINING Tempe Diablo stadium, home of the LA Angels spring training, is 15 miles away while most other stadiums are within a 30 minute drive.

NASCAR The Phoenix Raceway, home of the Nascar championship race, is located 24 miles away.


The House:

OUTSIDE: Enjoy the sunset views on the golf course in a true backyard oasis with an updated heated pool, in-pool lounge chairs, pool fountain water features, outdoor fridge, propane bbq, gas fire pit and several seating areas. Socialize at an outdoor dining table that extends to accommodate up to 8 people. Outdoor games are provided such as ladder golf and cornhole.

​GAME ROOM: Challenge your family/friends to a game of shuffleboard or foosball in the game room.

LIVING SPACES: Inside you can cool off in living spaces designed for vacation. Relax in a living room that can comfortably seat 7 adults with recliner chairs/couch and a 70" TV, all with a view to the pool outdoor area.

KITCHEN: Entertain in a large kitchen with two ovens and additional built-in seating overlooking the pool outdoor area. The Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking equipment for you to host your family or friends.

BEDROOMS: Sleep in bedrooms designed for comfort with blackout curtains and foam mattresses.

- A master bedroom suite that is isolated to a separate side of the house w/ private door to the outside seating and pool area. The master room has a private full bath, 55” TV and a large walk-in closet.
- A guest room with a king size bed and 43" TV.
- A guest room with a queen bed.
- A bunk bedroom that can host up to 5 people! This room has a twin over full bunk & a twin with a twin trundle bed & 32" TV.

BABY: For those traveling with a little one, we provide 1 pack 'n play w/ mattress & sheets, a single stroller, high chair and 1 sound machine.
Guest access

There are several places walking distance from the house, including a Safeway for groceries (0.5 miles). A car is a must if you want to explore and visit other parts of the city, including the hottest tourist areas such as Scottsdale. Parking is available for free in the garage or driveway.

This home is absolutely FANTASTIC! The home was exceptionally well stocked—far beyond what we’ve experienced at other rentals. The kitchen had everything we needed (and more), making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together, and there were plenty of towels, linens, and thoughtful extras throughout the house.The pool was a true highlight—pristine, inviting, and perfect for both relaxing and having fun. Whether we were starting the day with coffee by the pool or winding down in the evening, it felt like our own private oasis.The house is large and spacious and furniture/sitting areas are well thought out and inviting. We will definitely be back!!!!The hosts were also easy to reach through out.

Wonderful Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay here. The heated pool was great (we used the cover at night to keep the heat in), excellent neighborhood and our grandchildren especially enjoyed the foosball table!!!!

Wow! We couldn’t have been more thrilled with our stay. The property was gorgeous and very well kept. We used the pool daily and it was very welcomed in the summer heat. Loved the oversized kitchen and game room for fun friendly gatherings each evening. Mike and Jess were wonderful and if we come back to AZ, we will definitely be back. Also love the quiet neighborhood and close proximity to good restaurants and shopping. Mahalo for a wonderful stay!!!

Great stay at the Foothills

The check-in process was very smooth, and the description of the property was spot on. Being on the golf course was nice for those who like to golf and the pool was fantastic for the people who did not want to golf. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect family retreat

This home was perfect for a multigenerational trip with family. The kitchen was large and well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the laundry was nice a big for a family! The pool and outdoor space was incredibly nice- great set up with an outdoor table and perfectly heated pool. We hated to leave!

Great Hosts

We stayed for 3 weeks with family. The house was perfect for our family. Big house with everything we needed during our stay. Mike was prompt in providing a car seat and check in information. The pool overlooking the tee box was a hit. Nice quiet neighborhood with excellent access.

Beautiful AZ Home!

Family spring vacation

We had a great stay at this property. The outdoor patio area was very comfortable and large enough to relax and eat meals outside. The patio furniture was very comfortable. The pool is a nice size and the kids loved playing in it. There were plenty of towels, which was nice. The house is nice and spacious with games to keep the kids busy. The house was stocked with any thing you would need. Mike was very easy to get a hold of and got right back for any questions. The neighborhood was very nice with beautiful homes.

Winter Getaway

Lovely, spacious home. Well equipped to handle young children with high chair, pack-n-play, kids dishes, stroller. Perfect for hosting a young family. The pool was wonderful and maintained heat even in the cold weather. Grocery store only two blocks away and so convenient.

Responsive

The hosts are very responsive to all issues that arises during our stay. It’s in a great area and has perfect accommodations for baby. We had some cleaning issues and house maintenance issues but the hosts were great about resolving for us.

Great Vacation

It was very nice, the kids loved the heated pool. Plenty of space for everyone. Nice neighborhood. Correspondence with manager or owner was great. They checked on us several times to see if things were going good, which they were. The back patio was so nice to sit at after dark and relax. When I go back to Phoenix, I will look this place up again.
