Maui Parkshore #412 is an extensively remodeled two bedroom, two bath, fourth floor condo with an open living room, full kitchen and a large lanai that provides beautiful sunset views of the ocean. This lovely condo is just across the street from Kamaole Beach III. The unit is tastefully appointed with new appliances, and all furnishings are top of the line. It has a washer and dryer, ceiling fans throughout, and free WiFi. Both bedrooms are equipped with king sized beds, ceiling fans and portable air conditioners. The en suite bathroom features an updated shower and the guest bathroom includes a shower and tub. The living room has an expansive sofa so you will have plenty of space to relax and watch something on the large flat-screen television and Blu-ray player. The living room is cooled by the ocean breezes and there is an effective sun shade that can be used during the heat of the day. The indoor dining set is beautiful and the large lanai also provides a dining table where you can enjoy your breakfast while watching the morning sun dance on the water. In the evening, while crowds are gathering on the beach to watch Maui's legendary sunsets, you just need to step on your lanai and have the best view in the house! When you are ready to hit the beach, Maui Parkshore #412 is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, and sand toys. Sleeps 4.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

Maui Parkshore features expansive two bedroom, two bathroom condos located in the heart of Kihei, across the street from the beach at Kamaole Park III. Easy walking to all of the Kamaole beaches, the shops at Kihei, and the renowned Keawakapu Beach. Parking stalls in this complex tend to be narrow and are best suited for compact vehicles. The complex features a heated swimming pool and grills for your use. Maui Parkshore is a 100% non-smoking property.

Great place in a great location. Right across the street from Kam 3. It can be hot on the 4th floor, but the bedrooms have AC units.

Perfect location!

Loved that this was so close to Wailea area which is a bit quieter and very scenic. Great amenities. Good ocean view. Only suggestion would be to provide Kleenex. Would stay here again.

Terrific beach, thoughtful supplies provided, HOT and noisy family room & kitchen.

This well-equipped condo is right across the street from a fabulous beach! When you arrive, you might want to open up every door and cupboard… Including those under the TV unit to see all of the kitchen equipment that is available for you. Having said that, there is not 1 single kitchen cupboard empty for you to put your own groceries. You are left with the very limited counter space for groceries. Limited counterspace, because there are more gadgets on the counter. I suggest the owners or management company, edit the number of gadgets and create cupboard space for people who would like somewhere to store their non-refrigerator groceries. The condo is thoughtfully stocked with a toothbrush and toothpaste, disposable, razors, and Native shampoo, body wash, etc. On the balcony, you will find a storage unit filled with beach chairs, boogie boards, extra snorkel, masks, coolers, etc. The condo’s community pool is heated and fabulous! I read reviews mentioning the terrible former grounds manager, but the current manager is fantastic and friendly! I met several condo owners at the pool, and they were all so friendly and helpful with tons of advice for making our trip extra special! The condo has AC units in the bedrooms, but the family room & kitchen gets incredibly hot! If you use the kitchen, it just adds to heat! The ceiling fans barely work. This area needs an AC unit too. We had a great trip, but b/c of this (even in the cooler season) we will not stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location. Easy walk to the beach. A few shops and restaurants within walking distance. Rental was very clean and well kept. Everything needed for a week stay included in the rental. Nice appliances and furniture. Beach toys for the kids. Quiet building. Overall good value. There were two negatives to consider. 1) The unit gets very warm. The AC functions fine in both bedrooms. But the main living area can be very uncomfortable in the middle of the day. 2) Rental includes parking but I would suggest renting a small car as the spaces are unusually small. There is very little room to park within the space provided. I had to let passengers out prior to pulling into the space and then crawl out myself once parked. And that is if someone is not in your assigned space. That happened three times in the week stay. A bit annoying when the only other option is street parking and a bit of a walk. Two things to consider if renting. But I would consider renting again.

Modern unit. Great location

This unit was very nicely upgraded. Each room has a king bed which makes it great for a couples get away. The beach access is phenomenal and the complex is very quiet and relaxing.

The hot water was not working for a couple of days which sucked but they did get it fixed while we were there. They did communicate well. There are a lot of rules and that was fine as we traveled as adults only. If we had our kids they would have been more frustrating. There is no guest parking at all so when a massage therapist came they had to park across the street. We had a great view and a wonderful time.

Close to the beach and terrific amenities

The condo is equipped in an outstanding manner. The appliances and all tableware are all high quality. Location to beach is so close we always walked. Beach amenities that are provided are terrific. All the amenities are the best I have seen in all my years of renting condos. Additionally, the booking management company is extremely helpful and provides great communication and services. They were exceptional in their service. The only warning is if you are looking for a quiet Lanai in the evening or you like to keep the sliding glass doors open in the evening then this may not be your choice as evening traffic is noisy from the street close by, no impact to sleeping though.

The locals twice weekly bike parade was such a wonderful surprise. The condo contained everything we could possibly need for our stay. The only thing missing was a safe to store valuables which would have eased our minds when out and about.

The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. The stove was definitely on island time though :). Both beds were great and 2 bathrooms in a place this size is rare. My favorite was all the beach stuff on the porch. Snorkel equipment, boogie boards, chairs, sand toys, etc. It was really nice to have all that for our kids.
