Located on the 2ᵉ floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room with shower). Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're just waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 25 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) and TV
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) and TV
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 20 m² terrace, facing west, with a view of the sea and the Sanguinaires islands, and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Grosseto-Prugna, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Nearest beach 400 m away
- Discover the local heritage of the commune
- Walk or hike to the Col Saint-Georges and the Iles Sanguinaires
- Tasting local produce
- Water sports activities
- Visit Ajaccio, around 15 km away
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the flat's private car park (one vehicle).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Ajaccio, about 14 km away
- Nearest airport: Ajaccio Napoléon Bonaparte, around 10 km away
- The boat shuttle between Porticcio and Ajaccio takes around 20 minutes.
