Welcome to the Gite de l'Etang jaune! This country house of character located in the commune of La Machine in the Nièvre in Burgundy, is an independent house on 2 floors located on a large enclosed, hilly and wooded plot of 3 hectares on the edge of the woods. The house can accommodate up to 14 people.

On the first floor: large living room, dining room, fitted kitchen, 1 toilet, 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x200 cm) with shower room with toilet (disabled accessible).

Floor 1: 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 160x200 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 140x190 cm bed and 1 bedroom with 2 90x200 cm beds), 2 shower rooms (shower) and 1 bathroom (bath) with toilet.

Floor 2: large attic space with 1 double bed (140x200cm) and 2 beds of 120x190cm with shower room / toilet.

Heating, electricity and water charges included (subject to reasonable consumption, otherwise you will be charged for heating and electricity). Fireplace and wood included. Towels and household linen included. Cleaning at the end of your stay included.

In the Loire Valley, attached to the national forest (walks, cycling), 1 km from the La Machine mining museum, 2 km from the Grenetier pond, 6 km from the Decize nautical stadium and the Canal du Nivernais (swimming, canoeing, river tourism, hiking on the greenway cycle route from La Machine). 30 km from Nevers Ville d'Art, 20 km from the Formula 1 circuit and the Magny-Cours golf course. Close to the Nivernais canal and the Morvan National Park: sports and water activities on the various lakes (Les Settons, Pannecière). Close to the Loire and Allier valleys: Tourist towns of Nevers, La Charité s/Loire, Moulins s/ Allier. Visit the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre and Saint Pourçain s/Sioule
