Located on the 3ᵉ floor (no lift) of a XVIIᵉ century building, it comprises a pretty living room with sleeping area, a separate fitted kitchen, a shower room (with shower) and you can enjoy a shared garden of around 82 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

The flat is ideally located in the historic centre of Caen, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
