This home was a great spot to stay at. Close to the beach peaceful neighborhood. Great to walk around and try the other spots nearby.

Yes host communication was great . Place real clean and good location.Beds were very uncomfortable but that was only thing we did not like.

Thanks for the feedback, Steven! The mattress in the guest bedroom is a bit soft, I agree! We’re replacing it this weekend with a Serta Medium Hybrid mattress. Should be much more comfortable! Thanks again for staying with us!

This was the best stays we've had in Myrtle Beach! The host was very accommodating and the condo was super clean. This stay went beyond our expectations.

Terrific Family Gathering Space

This condo is very spacious and suitable for family gatherings. We had 12 for dinner and were able to visit comfortably. The community is beautiful with more amenities than we were able to enjoy. One of the pools is just across the street. We especially appreciated the ample parking at the unit and near the beach.

Quick birthday celebration weekend!

It was a very short trip, but very pleasant. Communication with the host was more than excellent, he answered every question quickly, helped us with every detail, the house was just as described in the listing, the location and security were excellent. Highly recommended for a family of 8 members or less. It was an excellent birthday celebration!

Exciting, Fun times.

My son and his wife Louise joined me for a 3 month stay at Zachary’s home. Their home is inviting, well located from the beach. nice Pickleball courts, lots of restaurants close by, it was truly fun! The few times that I contacted Zachary, He replied within minutes. Very nice man, he showed that he cared. Cleanliness is so important to me! Believe me, it was very clean! Only one negative, the sofa and chairs are not comfortable. But! Nothing is perfect. Thank you Zachary and your wife. LC

We had an amazing stay at Kingston Plantation. We stayed in a spacious two-bedroom, two-bath townhouse-style condo with a full kitchen and loft, and it was absolutely immaculate when we arrived. The entire community was beautifully maintained, felt incredibly safe, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.The property itself is fantastic. It was about an 8-minute walk to the beach, and having access to the pools, gym, restaurants, and bars within the community made everything so convenient. We loved being able to park the car and simply enjoy the ourselves for the week.The only minor thing worth mentioning is that we found the mattresses to be a bit firmer than we prefer. That’s obviously subjective and won’t bother everyone, but it was the one area that wasn’t a perfect fit for us.The hosts were wonderful—friendly, responsive, and incredibly easy to communicate with from start to finish. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free.Other than that, we truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The cleanliness, amenities, location, and overall atmosphere were outstanding. We’d absolutely stay at Kingston Plantation again and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.10/10!!!
