Spacious two bedroom two bathroom unit. This space includes a large fully equipped kitchen, with breakfast bar and dining area, a large family room with ample seating, primary bedroom includes private on suite bathroom, second bedroom with two twin-size beds, beautiful private back patio, great for enjoying a cup of coffee, reading, lounging, or grilling outdoors and with family or friends.

Walking distance to the beach, the main square, local markets and an array of delicious restaurants. 1 block to the beach and 6 blocks into town, Casa Agave II is a great location in the quiet end of town.

We provide bed linens and pillows, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths, bath soaps. Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponges, and dish towels. Beach towels and beach chairs, trash cans and liners, purified water for drinking, basic pots, pans and cooking utensils. Gas stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and ice trays, toaster, and blenders. Basic spices including sugar and salt are usually available. Cleaning every 7 days is included
High speed WIFI available, Smart TV with Netflix installed, log in with your user and password, or log into guest account.

Lazy Days in the Sun

1st time stay at Clase Azul Suite, 4th time vacationing in Puerto Morelos. Truly a block from the beach with easy walk and access to the sand. Suite provides beach towels, chairs and umbrella but additionally the lounge chairs and umbrellas available on the beach are at very affordable rates! Kitchen is well stocked with prep, cooking and eating utensils, no worries preparing or storing food. The town of Puerto Morelos is a 10-15 minute walk from suite, well maintained streets and homes, comfortable and quiet area to walk through. Many restaurants with a variety of ethnic foods to choose from. The grocery store offers all the staples, meats, produce, bakery, personal care products, pharmacy services.. you don’t need a car in Puerto Morelos, everything is available and in walking distance. The lodging was perfect for my brother and I. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, nice size kitchen and living space. Netflix movies at night, coffee on the outside patio and lazy days on the beach. Highly recommend!!

Absolute Gem!!

Kristen’s place was perfect. Exactly as advertised, but even better. The location is ideal - it’s at the quieter end of town, but still only a 10 minute walk from the hub of restaurants and shops. And even better, only a 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach. The beach clubs nearby are great if you want to rent chaise loungers and an umbrella for the day, and very reasonably priced. Try the pizza at Unico Beach Club!!! Having said that, Kristen has 4 beach chairs and towels available for use, as well as a small cooler, which was perfect. The AC works amazingly well - we were there in the hottest part of the year, and yet we were nice and cool inside. Fresh big bottles of filtered water are also provided, which was very thoughtful. Kristen’s communication was excellent. She met us at the house on our arrival, and was very quick and helpful to respond to any of our questions. We spent two full weeks here and didn’t want to leave. We can’t wait to go back!

Fabulous Home.

We had a wonderful time at Kristen's casa. Such a comfortable home, with AC and great fans....very necessary cos it was really hot! Kristen was so generous with her assistance - whenever i had to contact her she was either right there or called me back very soon. We appreciated having some common items on hand, like salt, sugar, coffee etc., this was a very nice touch. We felt very safe and enjoyed walking to the beach, 5 minutes - and around town, into the main square. We would highly recommend Kristen's place. She was also so helpful putting us in touch with Emilio the taxi driver we used many times. Thanks for everything. Cheers, Linda and Terry

Thanks for a wonderful visit.

Very suitable for a beach vacation. Very close to beach and a healthy walk to the main square, but not too far. The location is very quiet. Not a four star hotel, but perfect if you can put up with some smaller quirks like low water pressure in the main shower and sketchy wifi.

excellent location. short walk to the beach. 15 minute walk to the center of town and the restaurants. In the quiet park of town. Recommend staying here.

The house is adorable, and has all the amenities you could need. Its conveniently located too. You can walk to the beach within a few minutes, and there are a ton of restaurants in the area.

Close to beach. Between Único and The Fives once you take the 3 minute walk out there. Host was very responsive. Lower level unit but long term renters upstairs were fairly quiet.

Just What We Needed!

Our family spent 11 days at Clase Azul over Christmas and New Year, and enjoyed every moment! The house was clean and comfortable, and our host Kristen was very attentive to any needs. We loved the quiet neighborhood and close proximity to the beach and town. We had a car, but enjoyed walking the quiet streets and getting to know PM! The home has all the basic kitchen tools and appliances, spacious bedrooms (comfortable master bed!) and nice outdoor areas. The only MINOR suggestions I can make are: Tools for the BBQ, some beach chairs, a mop (for OOPSIE's) and perhaps an additional set of towels for each guest. We could not have enjoyed our stay more and will certainly return again soon! Thanks for the hospitality!

Hidden Gem in Puerto Morelos

It has everything one needs. Nicely stationed at the outskirts of the centre, this house provides calm and tranquility and still is 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. Tho hostess, Kristen, made the process easy and was always there when needed and small issues were resolved quickly. A very good first impression with the city and Vrbo. Thank you!

The house was well maintained and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen adequate. The host answered promptly and was helpful. The distance to restaurants and stores were a little long in the midday heat, but taxis were readily available.

Perfect!

We had a great stay of four nights. It was a short drive from the airport in Cancun but it took us to a completely different place. We didn't get back in our car until the day we we left and headed inland because we could walk to the beach, to restaurants, the town center, a super market and everything we needed. We enjoyed snorkeling both directly from the beach and out on the reef with an inexpensive boat ride. The house was clean, comfortable and quiet. We appreciated having breakfast on the patio.and relaxing so close to our destinations.

Very nice little home in a very nice location

The house is exactly as pictured. It's actually bigger than what you can see from the photos. The location is amazing (literally 1 minutes walking from Unico Beach Club) et 2 minutes walking from the public beach. MANY great restaurants in the 10 minutes walking distance. Kristen is an amazing host, very responsive and always ready to help.

Great place

Loved staying here. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of space (bigger than it looks in pictures), quiet location, short walk to beach, 15 minute walk to restaurants, comfortable beds and a host who quickly responds to sent messages. Recommended.

Wonderful spacious accomodation

There was a feeling of having a lot of space in this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom accommodation. We loved being on the ground floor and no one was staying upstairs, so it was very private and peaceful. We made good use of the 2 patios - both provided private outdoor space. The patio in the front was shaded under a roof - comfortable even when it rained o- and the patio in the back had a lounge as well as the table, chairs and umbrella. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, including drinking water, the beds were comfortable, and with the furniture in the living room, we could relax and watch Netflix. It was very convenient to have the dining room table and chairs in addition to being able to eat at the large island/kitchen counter top. Kristen was very helpful for being such a great host! We wish we could have stayed longer.
