A large bay window opens onto the private terrace and garden (not fenced). There is a separate toilet with a washbasin. A laundry room with a washing machine (shared with the neighboring house) and a second refrigerator with a freezer compartment are available for the tenant's exclusive use.

Upstairs: a shower room. The first bedroom has a double bed (140cm) and a large wardrobe (shelves/hanging space). The second bedroom has a single bed (90cm), a dressing room (shelves/hanging space), and a mezzanine area with a low ceiling and a queen-size mattress (160cm) on the floor. Access to the mezzanine is via a steep wooden staircase, also known as a miller's staircase. New bedding.
