The shaded terrace is furnished with a dining table and several chairs, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors.

Parking:
The apartment includes a private parking space within the residence.

Amenities:
Washing machine; stovetop; oven; microwave; television; fully equipped kitchen; and sufficient crockery and cutlery for 2 to 4 people.

The surroundings:
Discover the Lecques beach in Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, the largest beach in the resort (1.4 km long). It stretches from the port of Saint-Cyr to the port of La Madrague in a pleasant bay facing La Ciotat. There you'll find bars, restaurants, a sailing club, jet ski rentals... in short, everything you need for a perfect holiday!

Bed linens and towels: Available as an optional extra upon request (€25 for a double bed linen set and €15 for a towel set with one large and one small towel per person). Blankets are available in the accommodation if needed (ideal for off-season).

Cleaning:
This is included in your booking, and a professional cleaning company will clean after your departure.

Pets:
Not allowed out of respect for the neighbors.

Security deposit upon key collection:
A credit card imprint will be taken at the agency reception.

The amount is equal to one week's rental.
